Yes, 100% of the proceeds don't go straight to charity (there are people at work making sure they are covered, and they can't afford to do a full-time job for free), and some streamers are restricted from being overly vulgar, which I don't necessarily see a problem with. They don't have to go if they feel they don't gain any benefit from it, but it helps to gain new viewers and also helps them contribute to a cause people feel positively about.
I don't need a runner to drop f-bombs every 3 seconds (or tell people to kill themselves like that one doofus last year, who I'm glad got banned and escorted out), step out of your comfort-zone for a day or two and try to find some way to engage in interesting discussion, which I don't feel is an overly-daunting task.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
