The reliability of Xbox Live services isn't measured in multiple 9s thats for sure. I've had an XOne since July and every month some aspect of the service (of the 5 they list on the status site) has been down.

Not sure if it's related, but I couldn't play Destiny last night. It would load up, taking longer than normal. I would login with my character and load to space. Then it would either never load or would load into, say the Tower, but then I would be pulled back out with an error about connecting to Destiny's servers. Checked NAT and it was open, with an error on Xbox Live Friends & Multiplayer.

The friends list wasn't working last night but it's working for me right now. Took about 15 seconds to load up but it did come up.

Edit: Friends list on my console is working that is.

Was strange though, I logged into my wife's account (on same x1) and her leaderboard worked fine (mine doesn't) and semi-showed her friends list where mine just gave the error box.

No it isn't down per say. But I can't see people in town or on planets. Plus I'd really like to play with buddies.

I think it's something to do with October dashboard update and Friends tab. It comes on and off for me this whole day, I am not too stressed, but they could handle it in much better way obviously.

PBS app on the Xbox 360 has always had issues (for some strange reason). It gives off that message just due to that app alone.
