They'll probably just plop Conan somewhere in the first jungle area or sommit. It'd be too weird for this to play up on TV when audiences want more spectacle.
Super fucking on-point for an easter egg, though.

you guys seem a bit sensitive. i don't stroll crash threads making these comments and i'd hazard a guess that most people that ask similar stuff don't either. its a valid concern, or at least bullet point, to talk about.
as I said, I like crash, but i was pretty young and may not have fully grasped how big it was/is. its great that there's a demand.

Nah. Best to keep it vague to keep people accidentally getting it spoiler accidentally or something.
Maybe people think its a TLOU 2 teaser like Uncharted 3 had that TLOU hint in it or Jak 4 or something.

They'll care if Sony provided them the game and cuts support from them in the future. If they came across a stolen copy, more power to them.
In the games journalism world not being sent a game isn't all that bad since they can still report on and acquire the info they need to make content.
Embargos aren't really that relevant for smaller blogs and sites.
Unless all they really care about is getting those free games.
Given they are UK based I figure they bought a copy and have no rules to obey - especially since they claim they'll have a review up on Monday, which is ahead of the embargo lift. As a blog, more power to them for being in an advantageous spot with a purchased copy and being able to share the little treats the game has to it.

Someone really should look at the credits and see what that says.

At the very least they haven't posted a video of the ending of the game or sommit. That would be gross for a lot of blogs, even smaller ones.

Naughty Dog said Ellie wouldn't be a playable character in TLOU. They like to mess with your expectations.
Really sad I didn't get to see this surprise for the first time when playing the game, but it's my fault for reading the thread. Don't change the thread title, keep the spoiler warning.

I would think this would have been better off NEVER being brought up if they wanted it to be a great surprise. I genuinely believe at one point it was going to be cut, or he wouldn't have been so candid.
As for the thread title, I was just thinking maybe removing "rumor" would clarify to people that it's a REAL spoiler and to avoid it.

I don't think you'd see that go public until they announced it, or rather, like a week before an announcement (which at this point would be E3, presumably) but in the interest of devil's advocacy, it's more likely that they would license the IP to make a game rather than buy it outright, in my opinion.
