Come on man..."just about every" female? That's quite a stretch...the majority of females in Bioware games have relatively moderate figures, with only a few standouts that have large breasts.

Tell me for example in ME1 and ME2, who other than Miranda, Benezia and Samara have big hooters?

Even Hawke's sister has boobs bigger than her head. Also ME team and DA team are not the same and that shows.

Case in point:

Jesus Christ...

Somebody just tell me these are bullshots so I won't get my hopes up. I have never seen a game that looks this good. Love it on both an artistic and a technical level. Amazing.

It's downsampled from some crazy high resolution so it may not be as smooth without decent hardware, but jaggies aside it should look like that.

GOG version also is said to be 100% uncensored. Which is a weird thing to promise, unless the other versions are also completely uncensored (as how could GOG release it uncensored while retail/Steam is censored?).
Well GoG and CDProject Red are practically the same company so they're capable of doing that. I guess it depends on the rating and if Valve/DD companies would be fine with hosting an AO rated game if it came to that. Although I don't see why they couldn't just put up an uncensored patch for those that didn't purchase through GoG.

GOG version also is said to be 100% uncensored. Which is a weird thing to promise, unless the other versions are also completely uncensored (as how could GOG release it uncensored while retail/Steam is censored?), so chances are there is no censoring this time around. I saw it come up in a thread in TW2 forums, a few people were questioning whether it'd be like the first at all.

I'll play it on Steam though, for all the enhancements it brings (online saves, achievements, screenshot saving), but it's nice to have a version with no DRM, and to support the devs since the CE does little for me.

Though if the Steam or retail version is censored for some reason, I'll just skip right to playing the GOG version.

And those 4 or 5 examples are out of, what, hundreds of female characters? It doesn't matter anyway, he said Bioware, he didn't specify. Also, Hawke's sister
only has those giant boobs in the beginning of the game when Varric is giving his wild overblown fantasy of an explanation of what happened, they heavily decrease afterwards
.

And honestly, why do many here tend to pretend like big boobs are an exception and such a rarity in the real world anyway? I see them everyday just as much as smaller sized breasts...

I was talking about DA2 specifically, dude.

but ever so delicious
I wonder if the sex picture and scenes are why it's been removed from the AUS steam store.

INC game being banned :(

Game looks great though.

Hell, even then, I think "just about every" is a huge stretch.

BTW how did we end talking about DA2 Breast size in a Witcher 2 thread? LOL

End of the off topic in my part, open a new thread if you want to keep discussing it, Ill gladly retort and insult you there ;)

Hype tends to burn in the end, so I usually try to approach the pre-release cycle dispassionately, but I don't think I can contain my enthusiasm for this game.

I am going to be in full-blown poopsock mode come May 17th.

Yeah, definitely. To be honest, I would love to do it but I'm simply not capable of making a thread worthy of the game. EvilLore doing it would be appropriate granted he's up to it.

You realize that's from a fantasy sequence where it's the only time her chest is that big, right?

Almost finished TW1 now, up to chapter 5/60 hours or so of playtime and its absolutely brilliant. Been away from the PC scene for a while and boy its great to be back. Great console RPGs finished about 5 years ago.
Cannot wait for this / preordered.

I preordered it a few months back, I can't wait.

The art in this game is just incredible, I can't wait to max it out and do everything that can be done.

Okay, I don't know shit about PC gaming. Can someone tell me if/how well this laptop will run this game?

HP Pavilion dv6t Quad Edition series
1GB GDDR5 Radeon(TM) HD 6770M Graphics [HDMI, VGA]
2nd generation Intel(R) Quad Core(TM) i7-2630QM (2.0 GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) w/Turbo Boost up to 2.9 GHz
8GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm)

Is that all the info you need?

The game is nvidia 3d vision ready I see.

That's music to my ears. Hopefully we have the new king of 3d after Just Cause 2 and Metro 2033.

I'm at 4 GB of RAM and a 460 video card. But only a lowly core 2 duo. If this game won't run at full specs I'm buying a new motherboard and cpu the next day.

Most fucking amazing game ever! I have the Collectors edition already preordered and reading the novels as we speak. Its going to be glorious.

BTW, somethig mind blowing amazing...

That is a great fucking map. It looks like it could be bigger than Witcher 1's map, hopefully there will be a greater variety of beautiful locations to visit. It already looks like that's the case.

Let me introduce you to this, my friend snuggler...

First of all, THIS is the whole map of the original The Witcher. A small zone of the Temeria Kingdom.
rWJoA.jpg

This is the world Sapkowski created for the novels, the empire of Nilfgaard
aqRT5.jpg

This is the map from The Witcher 2, is difficult to know what the places are as the names are written in another language
VbjK4.jpg

And this, is the incredible comparison shot of where the second game takes place, compared to the original. Holy moly of god.
nUfnQ.jpg

You can see just how big has the world scale up to compared to the little zone you played in The Witcher. Yeah, most probably it will be zones from the whole map, but it will still be bigger and much more varied than in the original game.
Also you can see one of the main things in the story just be looking at the map, as we know for the title and trailers theres an assasin thats been killing kings. Or rather we say it has killed 1 king.
If you look at the map, theres a vacant throne in the Kingdom of Aedirn, which means that the kings head in the trailer was from there. The other 3 kings are:
-King Foltest from Temeria (the main king in the witcher 1)
-King Radovid V the Stern of Redenia (the king that appears also in the game and future husband of Adda, Foltest's daugther
if you didnt kill adda, of course
)
-King Henselt of Kaedwen (isnt mentioned in the first game)

A few details to be more excited!

Damn, about 12 hours into my most recent playthrough of Witcher (third time around in total) and looking at these screens has me weeping lol. It's going to max out my PC for sure, old quad core Q6600 and GT460, but I'm guessing I should be able to roll on nearly max settings at a lower framerate based on the recommended specs.

Graphically The Witcher still holds up damn well despite completely ignoring 3/4's of my CPU, but these screens are just insane.

Holy shit at that map comparison.

I wonder how big the scale of this game is going to be, and how long it's going to take to beat.

Amazing.

Found another thing in the new screens:
Kaedwen symbol:
100px-COA_Kaedwen.png

Kin Henselt in the screen, as he has the symbol of kaedwen. (EDIT: also says it in the link :lol)
Info about him in the original the witcher:
Known to be excessively greedy and hot-headed, Henselt is the king of Kaedwen, a powerful and expansive land in the North. He in no way resembles the classic image of a king. He is bearded as a robber and has small, penetrating, wandering eyes. Henselt feuds with his neighbors over borders, titles and protectorates. He is also known for his intense hatred of nonhumans.
Probably is going to be used as part of the story

As a pro-Elf person, I see myself having a run in with this Henselt at some point or another. Maybe it's just my white guilt or something but I can't imagine shunning my Elf bros in favor for those dorks in the Order (or any racist human for that matter).
