Fucking West Ham. Supporting them is a seriously abusive relationship.

Currently 2-1 up away to Blackpool and got their keeper sent off, no backup keeper on the bench so playing an outfielder in goal. That said, he did play an u21 game for England in goal. Go figure.

Kinda feel sorry for Mata too. It's like Suarez in some of our games, works his boots off for the badge waay more than any other player.

"Here's a bit of news for you as we approach the full-time whistle in Naples. Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has apologised for his recent conduct following his touchline row with manager Roberto Mancini in September. The 28-year-old returned to the club last week, following a self-imposed, three-month exile in Argentina. "I wish to apologise sincerely and unreservedly to everybody I have let down and to whom my actions have caused offence," Tevez said in a statement. He has also withdrawn his appeal against the club's misconduct charge."

Looks like he's gonna get chucked straight back in then...

That's not entirely fair on our other players, there's not a lack of effort in any of them except for Carroll earlier on in the season, Downing throughout the season and Maxi on the odd occasion he plays. Chelsea have a team full of players who seem like they couldn't care less, we have a team full of players who are simply incapable of either playing better or shooting properly :p

Completely at odds with everything he's said in the past few months. Tevez is an absolute disgrace to football.

mourinho's boys are decrepit, broken and worthless this season and probably for good

He would have this same Chelsea team out there at the moment, defensively organised, working as a solid unit with solid tactics. At the very least. Probably also means he would never have played Sturridge or Luiz.

Yup. Although we didn't score I think we did a better job than this.

From what I remember, we contained them much better. A lot of possession, they had very few chances. Unfortunately, as in the other loosing matches, the team let off steam and let the opposition counter-attack. You can't do that against Napoli.

As Mancini said, against Napoli you gotta focus 100% for 90 minutes.

I hope you aren't talking about Madrid. I also hope you aren't talking about Chelsea as there really isn't that many left of his boys. Inter maybe? Yeah they are shit.

the spine which helped mourinho in chelsea is just broken. I doubt mourinho can do anything with this lot

I have a hard time feeling very sorry for him. He has done a lot of stupid shit himself to get the team where it is now.

I think a manager more willing to play a system tailored to what he has at his disposal would be doing much better than AVB is doing right now.

Yeah obviously some of his decisions have been questionable to say the least, I still can't help but feel sorry for him though. He's inherited a squad that is really showing its age this season and people seem to be unwilling to give the guy a chance to build his own squad. I'm sure (If) he hangs on to next season he will do a much better job.

It must be frustrating for him to try and get it right when NOTHING he tries seems to yield any results.

Sturridge. Getting beat 3-1, seconds on the clock, dire need of a goal to make home leg very winnable. Go forward? Nah. Showboat in the middle of the pitch. Twice.

All for the title.

I think Napoli will pay for not pushing on after the Cole block. That was their chance to put 3 goals between them. Can see Chelsea quite easily winning 2-0 at Stamford Bridge

I was referring to the few games we had this season where our performance was dire overall, bar Suarez. Such as: Swansea, QPR, Fulham, and Wigan.

Three weeks until the second leg. Ugh.

So much is going to happen between now and then too. Dr. Eva could be running the squad by then.

Your club is festooned with mercenary footballers who are only there for the money. You're not sure if you want one of the better one's returning? Do you realise the irony of your post as an Arabia supporter?

Now Tevez has apologised he needs to put the hard yards in to get fit. Then he can play. It's obvious the players want him in the team going off what Yaya and Lescott said.

WHAT? So his career as a golfer is over already?

chelsea are fucking stupid. they should have been satisfied at 1-2, that is not a bad result at the san paolo at all. instead, they have to score two goals without conceding now.

they are really lucky it finished 3-1 . . . napoli should have had a couple of more goals.
