There's no patching Deception since Gillian lost her autism. That's really the worst offense of the novel if you have to rank them. There's forgetting it and there's redoing the whole thing.

Have we heard any word of when the "corrected" Deception is coming out? Or are they just going to let it go out of print and then actually pretend it doesn't exist?

How can they correct it? Almost every thing is wrong.

maybe a extra chapter where this is what Gillian dream up(of revenge!) after every thing that happen in the 3rd book. Also only one or two years have pass. And by dreaming/thinking f up things , her powers increases. However every dreams is worst, more and more people die. Explains every thing about the book. She wish to be hot , no limited contact of the outside world/space etc.

Plus she have autism.

He ate Anderson's cereals. And peed to a pot. And... killed a guy or two.
Yeah, he's really lame.

And is it really just one chapter left? There seems to be too much unresolved stuff to conclude all of them in a single chapter.

Yep one chapter left
I guess Dietz forgot an ending ,so he wraps it ups really fast and dumb in the last chapter.

A master assassin leaving his DNA at the crime scene is one of the things that bugs me the most about this story. Aditionally i don't think Andersson even adknowledged it. A pot stinking of piss in my apartment would bug me or at least make me supsicious that someone was here, moreso than an empty cereal box.

At this point I'd say just read this comic and then see what they change on the wiki when the corrected version comes out. Without a complete re-write I don't see how they can fix it properly.

A corrected version simply sounds rather impossible, given some of the more significant character errors. I would be very interested in rereading a rewritten book, however, even if just from an academic standpoint.

Thank you man. I'm going to try and make the last chapter (Chapter 16) as purely 'true' to the novel as possible, as it's so absurd that I don't even need to pepper in any of my own flavors really.

The 'holy grail' of Rage Comic adaptations would be the Bible, but just stating that pushes me onto thin ice in a lot of circles. Plus that would take about a thousand times the effort as Deception.

LOL, shit went down. Bummed there is only one chapter left though but at the same time, I kind of want to see how this could possibly end. There's been too little purpose to everything that has happened so far.

Look up The Brick Testament. It's in very much the same style but with LEGO dudes instead.

Is the book seriously almost over? One more chapter?
That was fucking anticlimactic so far.

If you're expecting any shred of purpose to Deception, you're in for disappointment.

I'm hoping someone mods the game at some point and adds boxes of Kellog's Kai Cereal. Hell just have a bowl of cereal in Kai's hand in game.
