Snake Eater is not meant to be taken literally. Remember in MGS4? Zero embellished the stories of Big Boss to make him a bigger hero than he really was.
MGS3 is the exaggeration of Operation Snake Eater to turn Big Boss into an Icon and a legend. There was no Volgin, no exploding flaming skull heads and levitating pads. All made up.
Because just imagine you send your best soldier into the field, he comes back to the debriefing, he sits down and you ask him "What happened".
"Well, the Boss was there, and she was with this guy, and then, get this: THE GUY STARTS SHOOTING LIGHTNING OUT OF HIS FUCKING HANDS" "What? No way!? That didn't show up on the intel?!" "Yeah totally, and then, get this, there was this other guy, he fucking had these BEES right!" "Bees?!" "Yeah, fucking bees, and he made a machine gun out of them and he would fucking shoot me" "Holy shit, this all sounds plausible and not crazy at all!" Yadda yadda.

I don't think I can accept the game outside of that framework in any case. It would devolve into silliness, but if you accept it as a metaphor it fits way better.

Currently polling second in Australia's federal election (first in the Gold Coast), this feral may one day be your Bogan King.
This would only work if the series wasn't so explicitly campy and silly with themes of supernatural and magic technology. I don't mind the idea of information control and exaggerated history, even from the perspective of playing. After all, this is kinda what MGS2 tried to do with Snake being a secondary character you watch rather than play.
But not for MGS3. At least, not until Kojima decides to retcon it.

My stretch point is with psychic abilities demonstrated by Psycho Mantis, the clairvoyant kid in PO, and Fortune. As realistic as the game maintains it is, it is STILL a work of fiction, and I would accept some liberties. In my case, psychic abilities is fine. In all the games that occur after the 1970's, they never take it much further than that. I would have been inclined to agree more with you if they didn't decide to make Vamp immortal through nanomachines and explaining other odd things through magic technology (which I think they wouldn't have had in the 60's).
For me personally? Volgin and the Cobra unit basically being X-Men, and Big Boss and Eva both stating that Zero spread and embellished the stories of Big Boss to elevate him to the status of some legendary hero just makes me believe that everything is made to be taken more fantastical than what really occured.
Anyways that's my interpretation of it, I just don't see how anything else can work.
And I refuse to accept lightning powers/flying fireball head/ photosynthetic snipers/ and scars that crawl off dead bodies into the grass.

A tiny bit. But it being a "swedish" joke, it's just cheap and seems out of all the design that went into this presentation, having a "gee, Kojima sounds funny spelled wrong?" joke is low-ball and out of place. I'm not sure there's supposed to be a clue in the Sweden reference, but if it's just a joke, GAF has done a ton of work on a lot of aspects of this teaser and that avenue is curiously fruitless as just as way to hide the letters "joakim".

It seems the hospital Big Boss was being treated at is located in one of the British territories there. That's all we know.

Sniper Wolf call Big Boss Saladin,Wolf and the real Saladin are both Kurd, Cyprus is very close to Kurdistan region.
Big Boss will need to be near Kurdistan/Iraq/Turkey at sometimes of his life to get that nickname and meet Sniper Wolf.
Ill see if i can make a video detailing everything we have found later this week. The chronological trailer someone made was awesome.

Fair enough, I didn't know it's a legit name. Just saying, the first thing kids do when they scramble letters is say what kind of funny foreigner accent it sounds like. It's kind of below Kojima, although if it's a normal name then that's clever at least, and if Sweden is actually supposed to be a clue then all the better.
But whatever, I don't really mean to debate the concept of what a race is (and I was mostly flippant, I just don't know what the light version of the word racist would be, nationality-insensitive I guess and don't care.) The bad joke is the thing, ignore the rest.

I am pretty sure making fun of a language or the way a language sounds is not racist. Unless you consider swedes a race and their language indelible to that race.
Most people forget what race means, or racism for that matter, and actually use the terms in the same way as when they were created by racists: either by crazy eugenicists and in the late 1800s (their can also be cool eugenecists btw) or by rightist nationalists in the early 1900s (nazis and shit).
The swedes are not a race, perhaps for a skull examining card carry Nazi doctor they were, but under modern science and nomenclature they definitely are not.

One thing that I really miss is each area having a certain tune or ambience whilst you're sneaking. Nothing beats the first time I crawled into Tank Hangar - hearing that synth kick in.
Also, I miss the cheeky little midi-strings sounds like when
you hug the wall of the DARPA Cheif / Decoy Octopus' cell and see over the wall

Boss is is being held there with other 'special' people. The soldiers come to terminate everyone. Psycho Mantis is also in the same hospital. Maybe mantis saw something in Boss' head and that is why he is helping him.
I say this because: in the last part where Boss is laying on the floor breathing, just before the soldier is about to shoot him, you see mantis float behind the soldier. I bet he saves boss and they ecape. Mantis would be the first recruit. Hell, maybe mantis even helps Boss overcome his 'phantom pain' with his mind powers.

Sniper Wolf wasnt alive in the 70s, though. That might not matter too much though since we dont really have anything too solid on the timeline for this trailer. A Saladin statue outside the hospital could just be a bit of foreshadowing too.
