You will get Cars 3 and you will like it.
I mean, say what you want be that was one hell of a Cars 3 teaser.

The crab scene gave me major Charlie the Unicorn vibes haha
First 10 minutes of "Up" destroyed me.
... They destroy me every time.
I loved it. 😭
I am Moana scene was just....
Unreal. Chills, man.
Everything about that scene 😭
Also hahahaha at Lin getting both Christopher Jackson and Phillipa Soo in there. Hamilton cast moving in on Disney.
I am okay with this
He gotta get them prepped for his untitled WDAS movie coming in a few years. And don't forget that Jordan Fisher is the end credit version of You're Welcome.
I was disappointed that Soo is just an Additional Voice. Also hahahaha at Lin getting both Christopher Jackson and Phillipa Soo in there. Hamilton cast moving in on Disney.

More importantly, it's the father/son duet we never got.Hahaha didn't know about Jordan Fisher. So...Hamilton and Laurens singing You're Welcome together. Beautiful.
And I was wildly excited when I saw Lin was working on not only live action Little Mermaid, but "untitled Byron Howard/Lin Manuel Miranda film".

And I was wildly excited when I saw Lin was working on not only live action Little Mermaid, but "untitled Byron Howard/Lin Manuel Miranda film". I don't know what it is about, or care that it's years away and probably has zero concept other than "let's make a movie together", but I'm excited.
Problem with I am moana is that on its own it's kind of disjointed and clunky, it doesn't shine to its fullest potential unless you watch the whole movie and hear the other songs. I think they'll go with the safe pick that stands alone well, How Far I'll go. Maybe Where you are.If Jill Stein can get a recount, then by golly I will get I Am Moana nominated for the Best Song Oscar. It wrecks me emotionally. Everything about the sequence is amazing. And I need to see it performed live.
The Little Mermaid and Tangled are two of my favorite movies, so I am right there with you.

The first 10 minutes of UP are the only 10 minutes worth watching.
I feel like we finally have the CGI Disney musical soundtrack that can stand up with the 90s renaissance properly. EVERY song is awesome; emotionally-driven, catchy, and great to listen to even outside of context of the film. How Far I'll Go/I Am Moana needs to supplant Let It Go as the new standard Disney torch song. Speaking of that song:Got emotionally wrecked when her grandmother died and was reincarnated as a spiritual manta. Honestly didn't expect that despite the foreshadowing, and the timing of the singing and the majesty of the animation was Lion King tier.

From Tangled to Frozen and now Moana, the music just keeps on getting better and better! Know Who You Are deserves more love.
Oh my god, it took me a second to recognize the song because it's so short, but the scene where it's sung is the best scene in the movie andit just might be the greatest Disney movie climax ever.I was not expecting that twist and I got major Miyazaki vibes with how the main conflict was resolved and its aftermath. I was in awe.
That shot and the shot at night ofI thought the same thing. That one shot that frames that scene could be a still painting.

THis movie hasn't come out here yet ... but I downloaded a couple of the songs.
How far I'll go ... is amazing.
I am not even really a fan of animated movies and don't feel one way or another about most, but I see them all because of my kids.
This movie was great. The characters were fleshed out. The female empowerment, no dumb prince etc.
It's also the first time I've been amazed at digital animation since the first Pixar movie. I don't think I've ever seen better digital animation.
Cmon. It's not even out everywhere yet.spoilers
Confirmed by Word of God. It was directly an homage.Thescene is straight out of Mad Max Fury Road, right? I can't be the only person who thought that.coconut pirates
