Last year I smoked and got the munchies, made a peanut butter and honey sandwich. It was god tier. Not doing carbs ATM but feel free to try it.

I used to do this as a kid. And peanut butter and Hershey's syrup sandwiches. I've also made PB and Nutella before but I prefer the syrup instead based on the lower viscosity alone, even though I prefer the taste of Nutella.

This only works because the OP's sandwich got some bananas for added moisture
