Much like last year, GTTV will be running an hour long E3 game reveal special at 11 p.m. this Friday where we will see a bunch of game (footage) reveals. Since it's E3, these trailers are much more likely to be gameplay than the VGA reveals.
Unfortunately, it seems that this year GTTV has decided to announce their E3 special line-up by Twitter drip feed instead of a press release like last year.
Geoff Keighley recently tweeted that they have approximately ten more reveals to go, and so far they have announced four games for the show.
Here is what we know so far.
-Dead Space 2
-Killzone 3
-Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2
-SOCOM 4 Campaign
-Fallout: New Vegas
-Itagaki's Game
-Grant Turismo 5

It seems that Gears of War 3, Crysis 2, and Halo: Reach might also have trailers judging by the preview video, but they're not explicitly confirmed so I'm not listing them yet.

Edit:
Apparently they also have an exclusive pre/post show for the Xbox 360 conference with some other unveils.

Yes, Killzone 3 is definitely all in-game.
We also have a great Xbox 360 press conference pre/post show with a bunch of other cool exclusives -- that's on Monday, June 14th at 10 AM Pacific / 1 PM Eastern, a half hour before the press conference begins.

We'll have some good stuff for the core and some special guests too. Should be able to share more this week.
geoffmk said:Xbox press conference is 90 minutes, 10:30 AM - Noon Pacific, 1:30 - 3 PM Eastern. Spike is doing it in HD, commercial free, and LIVE coast-to-coast. (Which means if you live on the West Coast you don't have to wait 3 hours to watch it).
