Oh I didn't mean in a week just like, eventually. NF+Weekly is 1,000 rep at the beginning of each week so these things can easily come naturally with time without having to grind for it

I would wait until you have unlocked new sub-class, gives nice boost to unlocking its abilities.

Rank 3 gives a package. I believe it gives a guaranteed weapon or armor drop as well.

It's a package after every level starting at 3.

I started edging early as to not get burnt out and mainly relied on the NF + weekly for big chunks. Hopefully the changes they're making to faction packages makes it worthwhile.

Warlock jump is actually fantastic. Took me a little time to master, but it has wonderful utility in the right situations.
