If I'd watched this before this banner dropped I'd have saved tickets. It's okay though, saving tickets now. I want Leon, but now wondering if I should just not bother. Luneth doesn't get any love anyway. And I wouldn't get Leon anyway. -_-; It's apparently this is another banner with golds that are non banner. Maybe I'll wait for off banner. Just got another gold ticket and pulled a Golbez. I thought I had him already but I didn't so I'm happy about this one. I love his sprite. Anyway, still waiting for that Firion.

Only used like 7 tickets on alt and main. Alt doesn't tend to keep that many tickets around, but still have my hoard for Orlandu. Glad you didn't spend that much to get him though!

They did announce the change was coming a month or so ago. Most pinned it after the Orlandu banner(Month or two away from what we suspected). But I highly doubt it's reactionary to a game that released a week ago basically. Game development takes time and most likely they had the 2.0 Version in the works for a while.

You may be right shintoki but I've read in this thread not too long ago an interview and they did mention that it would take away from the gamer's experience, that the pool wasnt large enough yet and that there was special laws considerations in other countries.

Btw, how do we defeat the boss in ELT? I used my DPS team with a 900 dmg Noctis and my 500 mag Ex-Death and after 5-6 rounds was only able to manage to get him down to 3/4. I used the best spells/skills/full break and barely did any damage to him. Couldn't even kill his summoned knights either. They all hit super hard.

I don't know for sure what it was that hurt the ELT boss (cause everything has physical resistance), but something was doing good damage, and I THINK it was Gilgameshes Divider move. Anyone able to confirm? I ran out of energy for now. If that's the case, we might need to swap friend units around etc
On the FFII Event... Most Team of two 800+ATK Noctis, Chizzy with 500ATK, and Luneth with 700 ATK, and ExDeath with close to 600MAG could barely dent the boss. Without heals, it's going to be tough.Good thing is, he doesn't do much damage, but his aids do. So it looks like you don't want to bring out the big ones.
Free 10+1 pull? I'm pretty sure people are spending their 5000 lapis to make that pull.

Coincidence or not, killing his sargents seemed to give him access to sweep which was a pretty strong aoe move. I didn't live long enough to determine if it was randomly used, or a turn count. Buddy said he got him down to 30% and he started going spazzo and finally wrecked him.

Rolled straight through the new event until ELT. Got all the way to the end boss without using any white magic and proceeded to get DESTROYED. Holy crap. My setup was DPS focused, so I went back in again with my mage heavy squad. Got into a random battle with bombs. One of them self destructed and killed my entire full health team in one go.
Damn. Looks like ELT is seriously no joke this time. I'll hold off on trying it again for a bit.

I'm the guy that pulled 3 off banner 5* in this game. The crystal change won't fix the ridiculous fact that you have 50% chance to not get what you should get and that is still a big no to me. It's a good change, but I'll foreve be afraid.

Yeah, you ain't the only one. I think most of us that have played longer have met multiple troll rainbows as non base 5* units. I have 3 too one base 3* two base 4*. In the future atleast you get base 5*.
So, you still want an offbanner duane, krile, galufs, etc, instead of an offbanner lightning, luneth, ramza, etc?
Never got those, it's not a change that would have affected my experience so far. The chance was always there, I guess.
My only legit troll was a 5* Xiao on the very first day where I couldn't even be disappointed due to lack of knowledge.

The only troll rainbow over the course of the game has been agrias, but I've had so many troll golds I couldn't keep track. I'm really really excited for this change. I know a few of you have had multiple troll rainbows and that's not cool.
