I admit I have no idea who her brother is or what he has done or what involvement Nicki has in all of this, perhaps you have some inside info that he is guilty? But from the latest news I googled he seems to not have been convicted of anything. Last I checked everybody still has a right to their day in court, why should his rights to bail/private attorney be crippled?
I could understand the hate if he was guilty of this before and she is still helping him.
