210 is a must listen. Shelby Orangina is an all time great character.

Doughboys announced they're setting up a patreon where for 5 bucks a month you get an extra bonus episode every week. Hope it works out for them since they've sounded so stressed about the podcast the last few months lmao

Doughboys has been bumming me out lately. They sound so over the podcast most of the time. I feel like Mitch and Nick started as heightened version of themselves but now it's clear it's just them.

Might subscribe for a month or two of Doughboys patreon. But I don't really want more podcasts with just them. It was sad today lol

I think the doughboys have just gotten in a rut with their show, and from hints dropped over the past year maybe were hoping it would develop into something else that didn't pan out.

I thought I hit my limit about how much they 'jokingly' hated the podcast, but they kept. fucking. Doing. It

And now they are going to do more episodes? Obviously they see some profit in it, but this trend can't continue. Its an on going thing that isn't funny and I hate listening to it. How on earth have they not received overwhelmingly negative feedback about this?

I think it's still mostly a great podcast but they definitely need a guest. It's definitely not as good as it was in the beginning but I like it still. I think they try too many things though. They get nervous about having so many "regular" episodes I think. They're at their best when they're just with friends.

Mitch seems a lot more agitated. I hate all the Star Wars talk. I feel like they talk about it every episode and it's always the same and Mitch seems actually mad when Nick likes Episode 7.

If they are unhappy I do think they should stop. Maybe this is a last ditch effort to focus more on the podcast. We'll see how it goes. Still love them and enjoy the podcast... I just have gripes.

I guess I'm in the minority but I still really love Doughboys and enjoy it way more now then I did at the beginning of the show.

The secret to Doughboys is that Mitch fucking sucks and takes no responsibility for anything. Complaining about how hard it was for him to book guests for the past six shows when he has a lot more free time out of the two and then immediately telling Nick "Boo fucking hoo" when Nick mentioned he has a full time job and just wants more notice than the night before they record about what they're doing. I just don't understand why he's complaining about how hard it was for him to do any of the planning and at the same time is constantly ungrateful for Nick setting everything up every week.

Mitch always complains about how Nick makes him sound like a stupid, lazy jerk, but he does most of that himself.

And I still listen to the show ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was amazing but it being completely unremarked upon sorta worked perfectly in line with the ditzy spiritual guests who think rice is killing people. Was refreshing to not at all be able to tell if HH guests were in on the joke or playing characters

Nah doesn't seem like it, their podcast is genuinely about the power of crystals and astrology and diy health remedies and natural makeup. Their bios describe them as a fashion writer and a stand up and "devoted yogini and spiritual seeker." Obviously they were joking around in spots but it also sounded like (and from their show, looks like) they believe in healing crystals and auras. Those people exist, especially in LA

I was thinking to myself that Cake Boss hadn't been on an episode in a long time, but I looked it up and realized he was on some of the tour episodes. Definitely one of PFT's better characters, though I do enjoy that Big Chunky Bubbles is getting more exposure.

This week's episode is pretty good. Paul Rust just calling his new no-nos Bill Maher's New Rules had me laughing, followed by his later crying for Milo Yiannopoulos. Plus, Gilly is always a fun guest to have on.

I listened to the Chick-Fil-A vs Wendy's ep of Doughboys.
The verdict is trash. That slim piece of not very spicy chicken over Chick-Fil-A is crazy town.

Popeyes' got robbed in the tournament of chompions. Wendys being the best representation to send to the devil? No way man. This years season has been wrought with so much scandal I don't know what to believe anymore.

Still catching up on Handbook and I hit the Missing Episode with Tom and his impression of how Dave Grohl would sing an acoustic version of Everlong is one of the funniest things I've ever heard.
