I mean I don't think there's anything stopping Sony from finding a way to release SSO on the PS5. My guess is a good remaster.
Remaster...
AND SEQUEL!
Cant wait for the same people that shat on sunset overdrive and called it a mediocre game to praise it to high heavens.
(its mediocre)
Well if the game was crap back then it's still crap today. I don't see that changing.
Kinda of weird attitude to have about something came out in 2014. Just think of them as the same people who will now will praise every Zenimax game to the high heavens.Cant wait for the same people that shat on sunset overdrive and called it a mediocre game to praise it to high heavens.

If MS introduces Bethesda to the concept of a QA department their games will be amazing.Kinda of weird attitude to have about something came out in 2014. Just think of them as the same people who will now will praise every Zenimax game to the high heavens.
Emma Stone?
Sunset overdrive seems to have a hardcore following amongst xbox players, but I gave it a go myself on gamepass as soon as I got my XSX... and I really thought it was terrible. The dialogue, the presentation was just cringy.
Not sure, but I think this is the first time Sunset Overdrive has been promoted connected to PlayStation...
I think one of the dimensions in the game may be the Sunset Overdrive dimension so they could make a short cameo. Same goes with Sly Racoon (I hate Sly Racoon, let's hope it isn't the case) and maybe some other game.
They could even use it as a teaser for a potential PS+PC Sunset Overdrive remaster/port.

it's better than SpiderMan
Zelda Rubinstein.Emma Stone?
That would be much cooler than a remake of Sunset Overdrive.I think one of the dimensions in the game may be the Sunset Overdrive dimension so they could make a short cameo. Same goes with Sly Racoon (I hate Sly Racoon, let's hope it isn't the case) and maybe some other game.
They could even use it as a teaser for a potential PS+PC Sunset Overdrive remaster/port. But if it was for me, I wouldn't waste Insomniac's talent on Sunset Overdrive and would outsource the ports to someone else (and wouldn't make Sunset Overdrive 2).
Good thing both are PS first party.
it's better than SpiderMan
They are making every one of those 25 exclusives, they don't sleep.
Insomniac are beasts.
Seems more than plausible.
But seriously, how many projects are they working on at the same time?
Not just efficient but high quality also. They’re the premiere PS Studio in my opinion. Could realistically be talking Miles Morales/Spider-Man Remastered, Ratchet and SS:OD Remastered within 18-24 months of the PS5 launch. Just insane. If they bring out a remaster of Sunset Overdrive as well on top of everything they’ve already done in the last 3 years... Well, then they are probably the most effecient studio I know of.
