So I finally found a reason to join PS+. I found a guy in my city who's selling 1 month codes for 50 cents. Can't go wrong for 6$ a year.

They definitely don't stack in EU, they only work for accounts that have a credit card attached and have not previously used PS+
Pretty much no chance we'll get Catherine since it was on sale this month. Maybe Hitman: Absolution, maybe something EU hasn't received yet as happened with Spec Ops. We'll see.
Demon's Souls, Ico/SotC were on sale last month and are free on EU PSN+ this month so it could happen.
EU did warn people that those games would be free on PS Plus beforehand though, didn't they? This happened in the US with Just Cause a year back and the rage was so palpable that I believe a Sony rep mentioned they'd ensure any game on sale would have a moratorium before appearing as a freebie (if they even ever did, of course). Given that there was no advance warning for Catherine, I imagine we'd hear a similar backlash if it were a freebie.

They only don't stack in EU, I think, since they only work for new PS+ members once and then that's it.
Aww, man... really? (I'm in EU). God damnit... Oh well, no regrets... Catherine, Amalur, LBP2, Infamous 2, Gravity Rush and Golden Abyss is as good an entry as I could ask for, realistically. ^^

well they will be swapping out Infamous 2, LittleBigPlanet 2 and Ratchet & Clank All 4 One in addition to the usual few games so we very well might not know the full batch until E3
I'd keep the shrinkwrap on UC3 on if I were you. It's a smart choice to replace Infamous 2. It's all speculation, however, as nothing has leaked yet.
I would. My guesses for this year's first party year long titles: Uncharted 3, PSASBR, and Gran Turismo 5.
I would be very happy with this lineup.
Replace Gran Turismo 5 with Little Big Planet Karting and you have my guesses. Though Id personally prefer GT5, Karting just seems to have more mass appeal.

It's a Gran Turismo anniversary year, and GT5 is the highest profile title they have to entice people with PS+. I think it's a lock.
Yeah, I didn't check the actual PS3 Store, but on the browser store it was written clear as day that we'd get those for free this month. Feels good.

I can't see them putting LBP karting up on NA plus, it was already free once a few months ago.

Yeah, you bought it in a Plus sale in North America (I did too).
Yeah, it was $10, not free. I hope they don't do LBP Karting though. Doesn't really have year round appeal imo. PSASBR doesn't either but it's a giant PlayStation ad and could help garner support for a sequel. Uncharted 3 is pretty much a given at this point.

Yeah but you can pick up GT5 for less than a tenner now in the shops, it doesn't offer much in the way of value.

Ok bought PSN card and ready for subscribing plus. still have some questions.
1-The free games of the month remain free till you have subscription last ? and do i have to download complete game or just add it to cart(also would like to know how to add to cart)
2-Can we pause the download because the files are very large and i don't think i can download them in a single day specially with those super fast psn speeds? and can the games be downloaded in background ?

I'd really suggest playing 999 before VLR if you can, though. There are certain twists that have way more impact if you've played it.

This is for NA? I've been meaning to buy Deus Ex and had an itch to get Saints Row after completing sleeping dogs the other day. Pretty decent drop! I still need to get to demon's souls and vanquish too. AHHHH ps plus is too good.

Save file still works. Doesn't matter which version you've played before.
That's why I tend to trade in retail games if I already have them when they pop up on PS+.

Wow it's not often I'm jealous of the US updates but I missed Deus Ex and would love to get that Saints Row game (which we may get in not too distant future).

I ALREADY OWN THOSE PS3 GAMES. Seeing as Deus Ex HR was offered for EU eons ago...meh.
Glad VLR is finally a freebie, saves me from buying it XP.
Never heard of Orc Attack tho...
Ah well hope people will enjoy Deus Ex HR and Saints Row 3. Hope the latter being offered for free means the DLC are gonna be back, I want that freaking shark gun for my EU copy XO.
