Additionally, the current script to disable ad-blocker-blocker doesn't work. It's even more aggressive now in that it:

  • Generates a different ID for the element that is the container that covers the entire screen (so you can't search for an element by ID)
  • Cycles different tags as the container (b, span) to throw off looking for a specific element at a specific point
  • Eradicates the content on the page and replaces it with the content (so even if you did find it, removing it would leave a blank page).

It's all based on a setInterval call in Javascript to replace the content.

It should be obvious what the ways around this are.

This is such a war of attrition; it probably would have been better if they just started a Kickstarter or just asked for $20 for some sort of enhanced features.

If the other player isn't shit he rewards them with a fuck ton of meter just doing his normal game plan *instant block for meter all daaaaaay* His damage outside of chip damage is on the low end and it's a bit hard to get people off you once they do get in.

Basically he's a non-shitty ghost rider in the wrong game.
He'd wreck some serious shit in MVC3 with assist
He can still win though, low tier in BB doesnt mean much unless you are CS1 Rachel or EX Mak tier. My god did those characters suck.

I'd say give him a shot if you are interested in him, enjoying how your character plays is one of the most important things for winning in BB honestly.

No lie, I've seen someone on gaf screencap and had lemon party on a tab. Only one person mentioned it, it was a different time on gaf and people probably feared getting banned.

Probably a lot of people I am missing here still but I feel this is a solid top 50. I had listed Rei Chan in there but without performance on US or international soil he is hard to rate.

I just saw that top 50 list and it isn't bad at all but I feel by the time they end this they will miss a lot of key players. Seems more of committee based vote than based purely on results.

I actually have the stuff that is in bold but not the other stuff. No need to have stream stuff that is already collected in this thread and the win/loss ratio is hard to keep a track off because of all the off screen/under the radar MMs. All the official matches I have a record of somewhere.

Nice list. I want to mention Marvelo, Nerses, and XSK Samurai, all of whom made top 32 at EVO. Would you include them?

I probably would, I just listed some good players off the top of my head. Not Nerses though because he fell off in UMVC3. XSK Samurai and Marvelo definitely though.

I just checked that PS4 kiosk thread and it seems like there's a PS4 near my Best Buy. I will be testing out the controller in action with the games probably tomorrow. Will give completely unbiased, non money hatted opinion on the matter (yes that's right, no DmC Dahbomb tier here).

hm thanks.

How are tiers like? Do I gotta worry even at the average play level? Every character I wanted to try was low tier IIRC (noel, amane, bullet, maybe makoto). Maybe i'll give rachel a try when i get BB.

S: Valk, Litchi, Hazama
A: Tao, Jin, Hakumen, Rachel, Azrael, Mu
B: Rest
C: Amane, Izayoi, Bullet


And I would personally put Terumi somewhere between A and B and Kagura somewhere between S and A

Tiers don't matter for the most part even at high level.

I wouldnt matter too much about tier lists tbh. Every character has their own bullshit, and all the characters can deal with it. Just play who you want.

I've been mainly playing relius, and having a lot of fun. Not a lot of people play him, even though he's pretty accessible in terms of puppet characters.
