Ya, he probably had severe acne which cause hyperthrophic & hypotrophic scars.
I also had acne which caused me 2-3 hypertrophic scars. But Itagaki has a lot (scars)!!!
He should have plastic/cosmetic surgery on his face. Depsite that I think that he is the most coolest dev out there. Overall he has a "dark" style!
