Oh. My. God. This finally might be it. The game that forces me to buy an X1.

This looks amazing.

Pretty much my thinking everytime I see a new gameplay of Quantum Break

I love third person shooters like but there is no way I am getting an X1 for just one game

Graphics are very clean and I am loving the time puzzles, guess a walkthrough on youtube will do me

Sam Lake is for me the most passionate person in the game industry. The emotions and his way of talking about his games makes it sound like they are his kids - which they are :p

I might not buy a x1 now but I sure as hell will in the future and I know QB is the first game on my list.

God does the narrator talk through the entire 15 minutes?, I'm 3 and a half minutes in and its already annoying me - just be bloomin quiet and let the video speak for itself.

The visuals are rather impressive, much better looking than i was expecting.

Some very interesting things could be done with the platforming.

This is an old "demo" build too isn't it...we're just now getting to see it?

I hope they go all out with some crazy puzzle like environments.

Not really. Those parts are just routes with simple obstacles you can toss some time magic at. I think people are getting a bit blinded by the imagery, there's nothing substantial going on with the 'platforming,' or at least not enough to carry a game alone.

Yeah. It will be more like Uncharted. Something to break up the combat but not deep enough to figure for long stretches on its own.

This is incredible. Flat out incredible.

DAMN. I don't have enough day ones in me to express how quickly I will buy this as soon as it lands

this was shown at games com. So its a few months old

What the hell? How did the developers manage to pull off some of these graphical effects? (Ground oscillating like water / floor peeling off (wtf?) / etc...) They're fucking amazing

The power of the cloud my friend.. the power of the cloud.

The power of Remedy

I don't buy for one game either, so if Scalebound ends up good, I'm forking over cash.

Woah. I'm glad this isn't coming for a while, hopefully by then I'll be able to fit a second console in the budget. These xbone exclusives add making it hard to wait.

Because they are Remedy.

Watching the last 5 minutes again, so many moving parts!

Are they still planning on doing live-action stuff with this game? I hope they rethink that.

Gameplay kind of makes me think of a third-person FEAR

As someone that is trying to hold off on buying an X1 until 2016, all I can say is fuck you, Remedy!

Game is looking seriously good!

That looked really good. Combat seems interesting enough, and while the platforming seemed very linear and simple, the visuals help it at least look interesting. There were a ton of little cutscenes interrupting the gameplay a la Max Payne 3, but no way to judge how bad that is until the game is out.

edit: Sam Lake is awesome

The platforming bit at the end was mesmerising. The most "next gen" look so far. Developers should go for this kind of IQ on consoles. It has a great consistency even in the video.

I expect/hope those platforming sections get trickier. There are different powers to change things up?

Could it be running on PC though?

I hope not but I guess we never know.

my god, that looks incredible. great graphics and effects coupled with interesting platforming mechanics, remedy's gunplay touches and an interesting story should make for a hellava title. this should attract lots of attention as well.

Does look pretty slick, reminds me of the uncharted series. Eager to see some more of this, might make me scoop up an xone sooner rather than later when it nears release.

They should have shown this portion during the E3 presentation (or was it gamescom, can't remember). I didn't find the first demo too impressive, though the visuals certainly are pretty unreal. With the added section on navigating the stutter, this game suddenly seems a whole lot more interesting.

The last part of the demo is incredible, love how much the level is transforming and distorting in real time with great lighting and other effects.

Wow better than I expected. I was never really all that impressed with the E3 2013 video, but to see it running in game now especially that platforming at the end has made me a believer.

Seems to have a bit of that Alan Wake jank in the platforming, but yeah, this looks awesome. As with Wake, this'll likely be the game that gets me to cave and get the MS platform.
