Good episode.

After watching a rerun on TBS then watching this episode, its kinda funny how every actor has picked up an extra 5+ pounds, except maybe Penny who lost weight but now has something different about her face.

I heard an advertisement on the radio that Sheldon will soon
find his girlfriend's stubble in the shower
and the audience was dying laughing.

Huh.

So did you not watch the episode?

Good episode. Was hilarious the way things kept getting spoiled for Leonard.

was this the first time we have ever actually seen any part of Howard's Mom? I don't remember if we ever saw any actual part of her before we saw her tonight. also, i totally expected raj to roll over while on the phone with howard and his Mom would be lying next to him

There was like a super, duper quick shot of her when Howard and Bernadette got married on the roof, and the camera shot up toward space.

Something I've noticed recently is that people who want to mock the Big Bang Theory tend to use "Bazinga!" more often than the show itself does.

I loved the first 2 seasons of the show but started to hate it in the 3rd and stoped watching it.

The main reason is that Sheldon blew up and the show became about him instead of the group. I don't know if its changed in later seasons as I've only seen one or two episodes of the newer seasons. But it turned me off watching the show and I have no interest in going back.

Good episode. I was laughing the entire episode.

As did I with this last two episodes both featuring more Amy. Coincidence? I think not!

And yeah...

The show is always much better when there's a large focus on the girls. Blossom exploding all her inner rage was awesome.

I like the girls as a group more as well. I can't think of another series that added a whole new half cast 4 seasons in and became more awesome.

Amy is a standout though. All her scenes are funny. She reminds me a lot of Abed from Community. Often she MAKES the episode, even if the plot doesnt revolve around her.

Missed it last night. Have it up in iTunes now, now I just have to wait for the wife to wake up before watching it. Positive impressions have me excited.

The best of this episode to me is Sheldon's demeanor and face when Amy gets angry about not being able to live with him, he looks completely lost.

I think what surprised me most about this episode was that they went with the Walking Dead spoiler. Harry Potter I get because that's like the most spoiled thing since Star Wars but Walking Dead's pretty recent and a very popular show. Risky move.

Makes it much more funny, like how Grizz on 30 Rock just blurted out a spoiler for Game of Thrones.

I knew it wasn't going to happen but having Leonard stay with Penny and Amy stay with Sheldon for a few episodes would have been interesting.

I knew it wouldn't happen, but at one point since they were all mad at each other I kinda hoped we'd see Sheldon/Penny and Amy/Leonard live together for a while. Those pairings always end up being comedy gold, so...the more the better.

Penny or Sheldon would be go to prison for murder. One of them would get so fed up it would result in a homicide.

Yeah, I totally did not expect her to suddenly flare up like that. She's always been patient with him even when was being a total jerk.

This and Leonard's outburst at the beginning really felt kind of serious for this show. It reminds me of the episode where they cosplayed as TNG crew members. Sheldon in the diner. :(

I wonder if they'll keep sprinkling those moments around in the future.

Finally caught up. Never thought I'd never watch this show but to be honest it's pretty funny and it gives me something else to look forward to on Thursdays.

It is a show that you have to give time to for it to sink in. I was totally on the hate train for the first two and a half years, but once I settled down and watched a bunch of episodes together I was hooked and realized it really is a loving mockery of nerds, not a savage ripping of them.

just like the writers to take a shit on Raj. The man was having a moment with people and brought them together and as soon as he gets attn he shits on the same people? totally took me out of the episode really and painted my favorite in a bad light.

Yeah, this is the first time I've really had a problem with one of the show's jokes. Every other character in the show has had character buliding and has evolved, and for some reason they just continue to shit on Raj and keep him in the same place he's been since the pilot. It's as if they're trying to cling to the original premise of the show by keeping his character static.

Yeah I can see why the writers thought it was funny but it was mostly just out of character and made him look like an asshole.

There have been numerous episodes where its been alluded that Raj is just a selfish jerk, but due to his fear of women we never ever hear it.

The episodes about him being in people magazine, the one where Sheldon begins seeing Amy and they all have to stay in Pennys apt, and even this season with him at Girls night show that.

I liked where they were going pairing him with Stewart in a bromance that could have been played comedicly as homosexual, but they seem to have dropped that all together
