AFAIK it's a q1 release on PSN. No info on Housemarque's site or anywhere else that I've seen.

Dead Nation is my most anticipated PSN release this year. Although the concept's been done before I expect Housemarque to make it into something special.

Is Astonishia Story worth it for 10 € ? I think the loading times were the main issue of the UMD release, but if they are cut down with the DD release, it might be interesting.

I want to say that im shocked about the amount of people on my PSN Friend List with paid avatars. I never thought that someone could pay for a little PSN avatar. Live and learn.
(BTW my PSN Friend list is nothing but Gaffers)

You mean Guilty Gear? It started on playstation. It's the very first version. Still fun! Later it went to arcades with X series.

It's always weird to see the weekly specials on PSN. They just throw a bunch of stuff together without much of a fanfare.

As much as I would like more than one special a week on XBLA, it certainly works. Steam does the same thing too.

Give up praying. The translation was done by working designs and unless Sony sets up another contract with Vic Ireland, don't expect it to ever happen.

Played most of it yesterday on XBLA. It's decent, but it's definitely got issues. The level design is pretty bland despite lots of intricate detail and the whole thing is super linear. The platforming is very floaty and the controls are a bit counter intuitive. I'm playing it for review and doubt I'll give it more than a 3/5. It's not as good as Bionic Commando: Rearmed, Shadow Complex or Trine.

It's more like Contra or Metal Slug than anything, so if you're down with hard-assed, cheap-death gameplay you'll get more out of it. Runs at 60fps (on 360 at least) and looks great, except that bullets can blend into the lighting effects. The dialogue is kind of funny and Matt's puns/one-liners give it some real personality.

Thanks for that! Well, I will definitely try the demo, but it sounds not good tho. Gotta play and see :).

I don't care if Matt Hazard is semi-decent, I wouldn't go any where near it after the bad taste that Eat Lead left in my mouth. Interested in seeing how Dark Void is though.

Looked to be more action orientated than 'Splosion Man, which was more puzzle orientated - Explodemon reminded me of Mega Man with some of 'Splosion Man's mechanics.
