In retrospect, what a weird show that was. It probably holds up okay, though. Better than Spy Kids.Which is funny seeing as Nick was trying to push it at the time.

Part 4 is easily the best anime so far. Best cast, villain, setting, etc.
I think Yu Yu Hakusho was OK with romance.
OP has romance but Oda just treats it as part of the world/characters/gags.
Well there goes my ZoroXTashigi fan ficI have two more pages to read but I wanted to comment that Oda has gone on record saying romance will never be used for anything more than comedy with the straw hat pirates.
luffy won't ever have a proper girlfriend, same with zoro ect

wtf, so sanji will never get married?
SanjiXPudding 4LIFE!
Till death do them apart
Which will be soon
so in other words, he'd turn into Oda when he got married?
SanjiXPudding 4LIFE!
Serious answer: Never during the series, would Sanji up his Perv attics to much. He would have to change his gag to constantly missing her and trying to controlling himself.
With One Piece I feel like, if the series will ever end, some of the crew will have kids after their adventures have already ended. Like I'm fully expecting the series to end like how it began, only Luffy's execution inspiring a new generation of pirates.
It's one pice no one dies except flashbacks andwtf, i thought perona died by the hands of kuma
spoilers

Perona, Zoro, Tashigi, are in a polygamous marriage, consisting of those two nagging at Zoro.Persona will get withMihawk.
So I'm seeing that Ghost in the Shell spoilers have started to surface and woo boydo they open up a massive can of worms.
What happened
Perona, Zoro, Tashigi, are in a polygamous marriage, consisting of those two nagging at Zoro.
Apparentlyit's revealed near the end thatthe Major originally was Japanese but after a fatal accident her brain was put in the Scarlett Johanasson body
Why the hell is this opening right next to The Last Jedi.
*meanwhile, in 2015*Some execs are dumb enough to think you can counter-program Star Wars.
hey, uh
so
when you link something & try to hide it under spoilers
.........you can still see the text.
Also they apparently deleted The Major's bisexuality and even threw in a trans-phobic joke into the mix.
oh lord this episode of Gundam Unicorn went the full Gundam
Part of me wants to get that collection since it's been a few years since I played 999 & would highly prefer having a map & not having to hold down the d-pad to skip cutscenes, plus VLR since it's been even longer, but 1.) too many new games, & 2.) I can't imagine it'll have the same effect as it did when I played it the first time, similar to why I can't bring myself to get Danganronpa Reloaded.Man, I've been playing through 999 again via the Vita release of The Nonary Games and this game's got me again... I got my first ending and I was remembering how I beat the original release in a weekend, just almost non-stop playing. Such a great game.
Pretty much the same with me. When I rewatched it a few years later, I still wasn't fully "getting" it, but I also was realizing that it felt important & I could sort of see why it gained a fanbase.I could never understand what was happening in GITS when i was younger because i've pretty much been politically ignorant until the past couple of years and all that political philosophy flew over my head.
I'm sure it still holds up, but I won't have that same sense of wonder & "oh damn, what's the story gonna throw at me next?!" since I recall most of what happened/the major plot points. One of those games where I wish I could forget about the story & have that fresh "first playthrough" experience.I've replayed 999 a few times. Holds up pretty well if you give it a few years. Same with VLR.

But if people say Part 3 is worse than part 2, this cannot be true as Phantom Blood is better than Battle Tendency.Part 3 is better than 1.
