They had one for the Wii as well. This makes me more excited than anything. Glad to know there's an activity log, I love knowing how long I play stuff for.

??? How do you get to it?
Wii's activity log was built into the Nintendo Channel.
I want to know this as well. He normally does the music for Nintendo's home menus, and I trust him more than anyone else in that department.Do we know if Kazumi Totaka composed these tunes?
Same here.I absolutely loved the Mii Contest Channel music, so catchy! I never really used the software, but sometimes I would boot the channel up just to hear the music.

This gave me chills.Home menu music reminds me of the GCN background music when you don't have a game disc in.

I don't think that's true. You can just see the amount of time you have played on the message board, but you can't see your overall play time like on the 3DS.
Nintendo Channel has your total playtime of each game
I had no idea about this. I hope the new eShop is close to the Nintendo Channel in functionality.
The 3DS eShop is pretty much a combination of the Nintendo Channel and the Wii Shop so I imagine it would be the same on Wii-U.I had no idea about this. I hope the new eShop is close to the Nintendo Channel in functionality.
It's like they went to the Zelda or Mario Galaxy team told them to make menu music. Which is likely what happen. Sounds good.
Gurantee whatever the Wii U store music is, we will hate it in comparison to the untouchable Wii Shop music
Wii Shop Channel reigns supreme amongst the Wii menu tracks. No questions asked. Brilliant mixture of Latin rhythms with electro-jazz stylings.
Mii Maker is good, but I actually like Parental Controls better.
I can see myself laying on my bed bored one day, poking through the Wii U settings on the GamePad, then falling asleep to the parental controls music.
Nintendo can produce such great music and yet it insists on shoehorning that awful "BAH BAH" music into the NSMB series.
Love this atmospheric-chimes-stuff, reminds me of Aquatic Ambience.
Anyone know who composes this stuff?
Agreed. It's sort of like Animal Crossing GCN music but more electronic.

Do you get paid to troll every Nintendo thread or is it just some sort if weird obsession ?Sounds like I'll be turning off the music every time I'm near a Wii U.
