$350, drop kinect, bundle Forza & KI, and that would seriously juice sales. It will be really interesting to see which console has a lower price come Christmas. Xbox will be in a tough position if they don't get below PS4.

This was undeniably the biggest hurdle PS4 faced so far, and is likely to face for a good while, not sure even Halo 5 can even sway mind share all that much whenever that surfaces?!
Sony only has to keep that very solid co-marketing up with watch_dogs and Destiny and it has this year absolutely on lock down

It's also pretty safe to say that Xbone sales aren't at 4.8 million, as only 200k on store shelves worldwide would indicate that they're actually selling out.
The idea that the Wii U has sold out is pretty funny though.

These basically irrational fanboys get banned because their stereotyped by ridiculous revisionist history, blatant hypocrisy (see: 95% of SenjutsuSage's posts whenever he mentions PS4), and non-stop rule breaking because they can't stand that many consumers remain skeptical at Microsoft's direction due to their behavior. Which hasn't ended yet. They continue to lie about how close in power XBO is to PS4. They continue to get embroiled in scandals like youtube ad buy scandal. They continue to make stupid decisions like the indie damaging ID@Xbox policy or the fact that they hide all apps behind a paywall unlike their competitors. Worst versions of all multiplatform games.
They're being punished because they are offering a fundamentally worse product to most consumers for a higher price. It's the definition of a losing prospect.
Why is this so hard for people to accept? It's really obvious why things went down the way they did, and why Xbox fans are disproportionately being banned at the moment. Because Xbox fans are more frustrated, they're more likely to misbehave. It's natural.
Xbox only has a problem if sales completely dry up and it turns into a gamecube or wii u. Not everything is about first place. At this point it's not going to get first place from the PS4. From the beginning we sort of knew PS4 would outsell the xboxone.
Saying that the Xbox1 is failure bc it isn't out selling the ps4 is ridiculous. The console can still be a success if it sells 70 million+, so you can't call it a failure already. It's outpacing 360 sales which is good in the long run. So unless sales dry up, the console is doing well.

Stock Keeping Unit. Basically each version of a product (e.g PS4, Bone), will have a different barcode. You can combine the same game's SKUs into one total, hence why games with only one SKU can miss out.
Yep, the X1 and PS4 are selling incredibly well. Microsoft and Sony have to be very happy. I can't wait for E3!

I was disgusted by Microsoft's stance during E3 so I, like many others, jumped ship. Last week, I traded my PlayStation 4 for the Xbox One and I'm having a lot of fun with it, especially Titan Fall (which I had no interest in before). I prefer it to Sony's machine, so I hope the much needed price parity arrives before the console loses mindshare.
P.S. Kinect voice commands are pretty spiffy, though not worth the additional cost.

Isn't that what sold-in means? I get that using "shipped" is more common, but they are the same thing. If anything it is more correct, as that was the language used by Microsoft's PR in the statement.
