The game is in development under new conditions, the director said that in 2014, we might see it this year or the next.

The fact that '2015 will be a little sparse' (to me) means that the number of (big) games releasing in 2015 from Sony is small. The number of games announced at E3 (for a release in 2016?) could be huge.
