It's just an exaggerated cartoon character like the rest of the game, don't make too much of it.
Aside from her skills, I don't see how people like Tracer as a character. That gif is the definition of the dreamworks face.

Heh, I've never really understood why some take umbrage to her voice. It's obviously exaggerated and goofy, but that fits with the OW vibe. Reinhardt and Junkrat are probably as far away from regular Germans/Aussies in terms of how OTT they are.
But, if you don't like the voice, fair enough. I find the Mockney accent more amusing than anything else, and I say that as a Brit. Your mileage may vary I suppose.
To answer why I like Tracer: She's bubbly and optimistic, but not hopelessly naive, and I just find her charming. Her interactions with characters like Winston are cute as well. I appreciate her outlook and personality - I feel it contrasts well with a lot of female characters in gaming.
On a more personal note, I also think she has the potential to be a great example of a LGBT character in games. I was ecstatic when Blizzard confirmed that she was gay - not because of some shipping shtick or whatever, but because she's a relatively normal and pleasant individual in her own right. I hope Blizzard reference it in-game soon.
Plus - she's a lot of fun to play. You can feel unstoppable when you get into a rhythm with her, and her playstyle consistently keeps things exciting.

She's crazy good already, throw her shield stay behind it, link up with enemy, buzz till elimination
Today I saw in Mystery Heroes 3 Symms, 2 Torbs, never want to experience that ever again

I might have misheard but I think Tracer says "sorry Angela" when she kills Mercy. Could've been there since the beginning but didn't notice.
Does anyone have a list of the new spawn room interactions/dialogue between the characters?
Yeah, I specifically heard that voice line after killing Reinhardt.
It's a really nice touch, I love it.

Hi everyone,
The game has MUCH better heroes than some lame shooting mech thing that eats almost all the damage in the game, and has the most boring 'weapons' in the game, takes for fucking ever to kill, and even when you kill it you have to deal with some tiny hitbox little pest.
I'm confident you can find a hero that is 100x more fun to play. Dva being that good was bad for the game.

Lucio is amazingly fun. Obviously that's just as much of an opinion as saying those other three are boring, but speed boost and boops, Lucio is awesome.
