Because it's not gonna be a big game event. They just need to tell people the price and date, show off some features/UI, and detail which games will be available at launch. They can drag all that out for 40 minutes, no sweat, it's Sony.

£349 was the price of PS4 at launch, not going to happen unless we're talking digital edition... then maybe.

I'd really like them to confirm that disc games work with the disc version of the console (they've never really clarified this) and whether or not ALL PS4 games work, or just some/most (which they've also never been really clear on). Additionally, if they could explain any upgrades - frame rate, post processing effects, load times, etc - that would be great.
