.hack fighting game. It'll make duckroll mad

.Hack is a Bamco franchise. And Capcom already works with Bamco for the sake of the Gundam vs. series, so I sincerely doubt this much would occur.

Again, my hope lies with Capcom wanting CC2 to give them some anime franchise fighting game love. Jojo's Bizzare Adventure fighting game PLEASE! :lol

On another note, FINALLY Gundam X gets into the Musou series. Took 'em damn long enough. I'm hoping for Virsago ChestBreak as an additional unit from the series at the least.

Also we need a thread title change.

Gundam Musou 3 is clearly the most important news this week. It even gets first billing on the magazine cover!

Plus wasn't the overall word of mouth that Edgeworth game #1 kind of continued the downfall of Gyakuten that started in AA #4?

More Ace Attorney is always awesome. Seriously, i don't think i'll ever get tired of the series.

Would rather have a new apollo justice game though..

I personally prefer the playstyle of Edgeworth, so I'm pretty excited.

Great, the worst AA game gets a sequel.

I'm probably still in, I guess.

It's definitely going downhill, although I liked Apollo Justice a lot more than the Edgeworth game.

Awesome week.

Can't wait to get Miles Edgeworth 2, always down for more Miles.

Also very happy about Gundam Muso 2, happy that X was included this time. But I don't think I will import it like I did 2, at least not if Zero Custom isn't in and they didn't give Turn X the treat it deserves instead of snubbing it like they did last time.

Yeah, I don't know why everyone is acting so surprised.
Because us 3DS thread guys are info starved and are having trouble occupying ourselves until the end of the month.

AA2 got a sequel a long time ago, and it turned out to be the best in the series.
Oh man, sometimes I forget about that. Of course, AA2 did have THE LAST CASE while Edgeworth's game is kind of dreary all the way through.

I have to say I'm actually reaaaaaally surprised that GM3 got announced now.

If they made a GM3 it would have to have Gundam OO because GM2 already did SEED universe and they need a major new entry. But I really thought Gundam OO would save it's big crossover game entry for a console SRW.

I'm guessing console SRW is taking forever and Bandai got sick of it and just said, fuck it lets put out GM3 with OO debut and make some money!

OO + Unicorn + X + 0083 is a pretty solid new group. Though who knows how much Unicorn story they can actually do since the anime will only be at ep2 by the time it's out and I don't think they want to spoil beyond that from the novels.

I agree :), I mean there's a chance Miles is not main character in this new game after all :lol , scans aren't out yet...

Too bad there's no EDF4 info...

The game is named after him. Gyakuten Kenji 2. Odds are high that he's still the main character.

Edit: It says it has 00 season two, Gundam Unicorn, Gundam 0083, and Gundam X new in this one.
Yes! Gundang X~ Now all they need to add is Gundang Sentinel and I'm set.

Me too. I reallly want Ema to get her own game.

But she's not an attorney. She's just an asshole who blocks your way every time you're about to find some evidence.

Yay, more AA games. Hope this gets localized double pace, but thats a pipe dream.

But isn't she sexy in a rule 34 kind of way?
I am not sure you realize how rule 34 works.

Why does she have to be an attorney? The English title of the game is Ace Attorney Investigations, but the Japanese title says nothing about it. They removed 'Saiban' (trial) for a reason.

If it exists, there is porn of it. I've seen some stuff. Correct?

CC2 x Capcom project start (need moar info)

Yes we do. If they are working their magic on a Capcom IP then that would be amazing. Hell even if it were something that wasn't Naruto, .hack, or goddamn furry related, I'd be happy.

Ace Attorney Investigations was originally going to star Ema.
“The director originally proposed to use Ema as the main character,” Motohide Eshiro, Producer. “But, according to the feedback we got from our fans it seems Edgeworth was the more popular character. So we decided to listen to the fans and use the more popular character.”

Sega has been keeping the name of the new Ryu ga Gotoku, aka Yakuza, a secret. Famitsu's preview of next week's issue reveals the name: Ryu ga Gotoku Of the End.

That's not a translation of Japanese -- it's written in Roman characters as "Of the End."

The magazine promises a full scoop on the game for next week. The game is not in the table of contents, so I presume this means there is no coverage this week.

Odd title but there you go. Between that teaser pic and now the title they sure seem to like referring to it as the end a lot. Doesn't seem likely they'd end the series when it's still selling really well though.

The Kenji part still refers to "prosecutor", though (Gyakuten Kenji).

Jun Takeuchi said this last year:
1UP: Are there any small Japanese developers that you see as strong up and comers?

JT: I have two companies I think that are really doing great work and are going to be ones to watch in the future. The first is a company that is really able to make games that are suited for Western users and has a really great visual and technological ability, and that's Platinum Games. The other -- they make really, really Japanese-style games, but I think they're going to get a really good reception in the West -- and that's CyberConnect2.

!!!???

Oh, you know what, this whole time I thought his name was Kenji Mitsurugi, and that there was a pun with the word 検事. I guess it's Reiji? Wrong all this time! In that case, I'll concede.

Still want an Ema game, though.

New Ace Attorney is always, always welcome. Fantastic series, love every game (some more than others, of course, but they're all excellent). Hoping to see this one localized fairly quickly. :)
