Just Fargo for now... though Maron seems intriguing since I'm a big fan of WTF.

I know it's a TV movie and probably won't be completed by summer... but I'm really looking forward to Charlie Kaufman's FX movie "How and Why" despite knowing very little about it.
the premise seems great... plus catherine keener, michael cera, john hawkes etc... and Charlie Kaufman of course.

The Rosemary's Baby reboot has been getting bad reviews on Twitter, so I can cross that one off my list!

why, ratsky, why

i'm a masochist

Are there even enough hours in the day?!?

There are 24 hours in a single day and I think that if I devote all of them to TV I'll be able to watch everything.

I can forgive most of those shows, but Rogue? Really Ratsky? Whatudoingwithyolifeman.

dose explicit sex scenes tho
and rogue isn't even the worst show on my list...

Nostradamus has powers.

This.

none of the new shows seem interesting to me bar halt and catch fire.

but with louie, rectify, orange is the new black and masters of sex returning there's more than enough good stuff to watch anyway

So Gang Related.

It could be worse, but I was expecting more I think. It was corny at times but it seems like there's some potential. I'll continue to watch.

If anyone is brave enough to give Rosemary's Baby a chance, there's a thread in off-topic to discuss it.

That event series Wayward Pines is being held until 2015, so anyone interested can stop hoping for a summer debut.

Sundance's new miniseries 'The Honorable Woman' starring Maggie Gyllenhaal will premiere on Jul 31, btw.

Thanks for the heads up.

Tyrant's confirmed for June 24th 10pm, taking over Fargo's slot.

So that's Tyrant on Tuesdays, The Bridge on Wednesdays, and The Strain will air on Sunday nights. The comedy block airs on Thursdays.

Strain on Sundays is interesting. Is this the first time FX has scheduled a high profile show there?
I can't remember the last time it happened. It's also interesting, as Sepinwall pointed out
If you're looking for minor amusement, this scheduling choice will put "Strain" showrunner Carlton Cuse head-to-head with his former "Lost" bestie Damon Lindelof, whose TV return "The Leftovers" will launch in the Sunday 10 p.m. slot on HBO starting on June 29.

[I've seen the pilot for "The Strain." It's creepy, cinematic and it works. FX should market it as being for people who like being freaked out by vampires and think that "True Blood," airing its final season an hour before, sucks.]

Sundays shouldn't be too bad for me this Summer.

What's the cable damage? Halt & Catch Fire, True Blood, The Leftovers, Masters of Sex, Ray Donovan, and The Strain

I probably won't watch The Leftovers and Ray Donovan, so that's manageable for me. Just have to catch at least one of them on DVR on Monday.

Based Alfonso Cauron directed the pilot of Believe!

It's not about doubting that it'll be good, just don't know if the subject matter is my thing. I'm sure I'll end up watching the pilot though.
Believe was underrated tho. Yeah, you guys will never hear me stop raving about it. #Believe

FX is going for that Walking Dead audience. I'm sure they're hoping to fill the void and bring those people in, especially when there aren't any other hot genre shows on Sundays this summer. True Blood has lost steam.

Edit: Add in Manhattan as another Sunday show. I'm hopeful that one's good.

GungHo

Single-handedly caused Exxon-Mobil to sue FOX, start World War 3
No one excited for the John Malkovich pirate show? I admit it looks a bit shaky but... John Malkovich.... Pirates!

After the Black Sails thing turning out a bit meh and yappy, I am a little cannon-shy.
