Yup, software known as XPadder, which tragically I know little to nothing about, though it is well-reviewed.

Oh, did he provide instructions? or does his setup not require any configuring? Just the software and load profile?

edit: something odd is going on. I can log in to the character selection screen but I can't choose a character. It delays for a while then it says it can't connect to the login server. Didn't have any problems before.

Where's the best place to leave feedback on the face models? Making a new characters and there's 1 female face model that looks older than 16.

If you find it, please leave feedback for the human male face models too please. They look like they were taken out of a GAP catalog.

I guess so, but its such a thin selection. I'm not even sure there's 1 grizzled veteran face to choose from.

contest beta keys were one use only. welp, time to cry in a corner.
It still requires the small hack I describe in my original post using AutoHotKey, but otherwise I believe you should be able to just install the software and load his profile, then tweak it to your heart's content.

It's after the second My Story instance,it points to those spiraling platforms and it's either on the second or third floor...my friend said I have to find the elevator(took him 15 minutes to find it also)...by the way we both started a new Charr character,he invited me in a party but we can't see each other...there is cross server party's or what...why can't I play with him if we are in a group or see him on the map? we have tried standing beside a teleport,the one right at the entrance in the black Citadel and we dont see each other...?

I did a few Ash Legion Personal Stories last BWE and I remember having to go up that staircase all the way to the top floor (I think) and there was a charr way in the back I had to mouth off at. He was kinda in the shadows and hard to see.

Meh, 4 hours isn't enough to do anything. With Google I/O and Euro, didn't really get a chance to log in.

Just got out of the game,the event was still going...I was confused at first,I was turned into somekind of demon,didn't know what was going on lol but then I caught up...pretty cool stuff and the server I was on didnt suffer from too much lag,considering...I think they got things down path now,super smooth for me before the event,except for a few instance errors that prevent you from going into your instanced story quest,it runs flawlessly...it's ready guys,unleash the next 2 races in the next BWE and give us an August or early September release...it's done ;P 
I don't know man. My instincts tell me that it's going to be 2-3 weeks. To be more precise I'm leaning towards a July 13 weekend. So far I haven't been wrong yet so...

Rytlock / Eir being champions to fight as Corrupted is pretty humbling. They are slightly strong.

Retook 2 waypoints with a small group of people (Irondock and Loreclaw) but I finally got corrupted, LOL. Fending off 3/4 corrupted by yourself makes you feel badass until you are on the other side and get one shotted haha or have to wait like 10 seconds for each attack animation. Also, fighting Rytlock: glancing 0, glancing 0, glancing 0, glancing 0... you are defeated.
Glad to finally experience the event, because it is sort of fun. WvW going well too, so there's that.

this WvW was not bad at all, I liked that we there was more people in WvW than in the las betas and teams were balanced

I wish I knew they were going to take the trading post down. My inventory was burdened with around 30 level 10 rings for the whole event.
Ha, no actually there was an even sized turn out for all 3 servers. At one point we were teaming up with Borlis Pass to take down Tarnished Coast (they owned Stonemist). In the end we snuck in and killed the keep lord while Borlis Pass kinda sat around and then we ran them out.
