Never heard if Talisman. I will check it out and probably buy it after cause I'm a sucker for new things!

I say for now because I believe this is basically supposed to be a very in depth tutorial and they are coming out with lots more modes including multi. For everyone who complains about games not teaching the rules well enough this is the game for you.

I'm kinda confused about Talisman. Is there another Talisman app coming out this summer that has multiplayer, or is it going to be an update?

If it's a different app, what's the incentive to get Prologue?

I can believe that it's good, but I'm still left with questions. If there's a separate app coming out this summer that's the same game + multiplayer, I'll just wait. If not, I'd like to know what this game is giving me that waiting a few months won't...

Searching doesn't give a very clear answer.

Pretty sure it'll be the same app but maybe they haven't decided on the pricing model yet. Then again I haven't checked that closely. I'm really looking forward to learning Space Hulk from these guys regardless though.

So, I kind of hate Talisman on the table top but that didn't keep me from messing around with quests for like two hours before I went to bed last night. Pretty fun.

I don't get the chance to get a lot of full games of the Eclipse boardgame in with my regular game group, so if there's plans for a regular GAF game going I'm in.

Now if only Through the Ages would get here already. :D

Yes, I know about the free web version. I have a couple active games going on it right now, one with a few other Gaffers

Yeah and you suck at it. :p I'd never played the game before, but it's a lot of fun. 3 games played, 1 tied 1st place, 1 first place alone, 1 second place. -muahahahaha-

I threw out the early frown face because I drew yellow multiplier right after I threw down my yellow 6. :(

Now we just need to find out who is the champion!

We need some sort of 'champions board' that would be in the original post, so people would know who the current champ is in all the games we run. Wall of fame type thing.

So I think the championship game is stuck. The board is full but no battle has taken place and it is saying JustJeff is Offline anytime I log in.

Great job guys.

Here is some mostly useless stats! They are pretty much useless, because I havent taken the time (not sure if I will, im lazy :p) to list the wins and losses to go with the armies, but oh well! Plus, its missing a few games that didnt have armies reported.

Armies - times used

Borgo - 22
Moloch - 6
The Outpost - 12
The Hegemony - 6
Neo Jungle - 2
New York - 12
Smart - 5
Vegas - 6
Steel Police - 5

Lots of Borgo, and not enough Neo Jungle or The Outpost!! The Outpost stats are skewed, since Im pretty sure Eznark used them in just about every match, heh.

Congrats again to eznark!!

Yeah, me too. The tutorial seemed good before I accidently skipped it, haha. But ive played Eclipse more than a few times, so it was pretty obvious to me what everything was doing, and why it was being explained.


Seems really fucking solid so far, its not going to replace playing the physical game, but man I hope this gets a lot of use against you guys. I am noticing its a little slow on my retina iPad (iPad 3?), but this thing is full of stuff and downloading updates right now, so I hope that is just something on my end I can fix.

Did they seriously not implement Game Center multiplayer?

EDIT: Ah it's in there but you gotta make an account with them and start a game to get to the option.
