It probably is, when video games (PC etc.) as a whole are considered. Behind Russia especially.
No surprises. It's going to be PS2 level domination in Europe. Xbox 360 was great: launched early, well designed hardware and the price was reasonably low. This time, Microsoft fucked up. Outside the UK, why would Europeans buy an Xbone? Exclusives? But even their popularity has traditionally been lower here than in the US.

Not sure I understand your question. Of course MS havent shipped 150k to Spain. It may well be that MS is flooding the US with consoles, but as xbox one is easy to find in spain (looking at the replies here), it is not a conclusion that can be made from this information. Supply is excess to demand. We also don't know the total production of both consoles.

We don't know, as of December 1st PS4 was at 2.1m and as of December 11th (?) Xbox One was at 2 million.
Looking at the game sales charts for the UK, it's very likely that ps4 sold a very good amount in the last week (i.e. had a decent shipment).

How MS reached 2 million sold in 18 days? The others 8 little countries (Germany is the only big enough in sales) sold over 500k together?

So they sold ~500k in US after BF in one week? I can't see with UK, France, Spain and Australia numbers that the others combined sales were over 300k.

This is where sonys global launch will pay dividends. They will continue to sell in markets after Christmas so while the initial shipment numbers between xone and ps4 will be close. After that the gap will grow every quarter.

I wonder if this will translate into more Spanish dev support for the PS4. I could see an indie going with the PS4 first before branching out.
