*sees it was 6-1 going into the bottom of the 9th.
sees it is now 6-4 with 1 out and a runner on first*

fine white sox I will turn on the game to watch you lose.

hmmm rbi double.
now 6-5
tying run on second still 1 out with the best hitter this season so far for the white sox up.

this is at least fun to watch lol.

What in the fuck is happening

the white sox are making it interesting so that the yankees can win on a todd fraiser strike out.

edit: oh hey he actually put it into play.

oh well tomorrow should be fun. ideally the white sox offense rides the high from this inning tomorrow and quintana is his normal self and limits the yankees to 1-2 runs over 7.

weds should be a slugfest though, tanaka who has fallen appart vs rodon making his far start of the season who didn't pitch well in the minors before getting the start.

And exhale. Let's not do this again.

just fair warning. the white sox are a better team then you would think.
they aren't a great team but stats wise they should be right around .500.

and that is with a number of players who get time from time to time that really make them look worse than they are as they are just fillers until the minor talent has more time to age (or really to keep their playing clock back longer)

it's likely the next two games will be close.

the best surprises so far this season are garcia and davidson. which have really helped the white sox offense actually be decent instead of bad.

Eh two fringe prospects for a guy we no longer needed isn't terrible.

No clue why the Rays even bothered trading for him though, as he is not an improvement over Tim Beckham lol

Now let's trade Ozuna and get some good prospects.

Beckham is moving over to 2nd and Hech will be used as SS.

Matt Duffy was supposed to be our SS but it's looking like he may not even play this year so Rays needed someone there for defensive reasons.

Brad Miller won't be at 2nd because he was terrible this year and then went on the DL. He tried to come back and was still poor and now is back on the DL for foreseeable future. It's likely he gets DFA, last year seems to have been a complete fluke for him.

Giants GM Bobby Evans has stated they will be open for trade business at the deadline. The only untouchables are Bumgarner, Posey, and Crawford. Everyone else can be had at the right price.

Yankees Place Starlin Castro On DL, Select Contract Of Tyler Wade

"4:45pm: An MRI revealed only a Grade 1 strain for Castro, tweets Mike Mazzeo of the New York Daily News. Castro believes he can return in the minimum 10 days, calling the strain less severe than the more serious hamstring strain that he sustained last September, tweets MLB.com’s Bryan Hoch."

I get posey and crawford they won't be free agents until 2022 and posey is the face of the franchise.

bumgarner only has 2 years left though, given he is hurt there is a high chance that they wouldn't get the offer they want for him, but I don't really get why he would be untouchable.

Should have been a Strikeout, Throwout DP, but that is still no excuse for a hit batsman and a Wild Pitch in front of McCann.

Mike Fiers started the fire~
