Lucio is amazingly fun. Obviously that's just as much of an opinion as saying those other three are boring, but speed boost and boops, Lucio is awesome.

It's hard to tell sometimes if you are making a difference when using lucio but its very noticible when you have someone playing lucio on your team, mostly when you have lower hp characters in range.

Her nerfs aren't that bad. She's still got everything but some of her armor goes to health now. Makes her vulnerable to tank shredders like Reaper.
