Unsure that this would actually affect the Alabama staff size. It's unknown if the dozens of "analysts" are even involved in recruiting, which this rule premise is about (30 people with recruiting ability). No where in this states anything about analysts that break down stupid amounts of tape to make up reports on minutia so small, that even Saban towers over them.
Always check out the Tailgate. It's the only pregame coverage needed.
Yeah that's just talking about 30 to have some form of communication with recruits. There are tons of ways around that. You just move resources around to specialize in different areas.
Recruiting evaluation, studying popular concepts, developing how to teach the team, gameplanning etc is where I think there are tons of people employed at the top 10ish programs.

Bit of an off topic question, but if college and pro football randomly drug test for PEDs, how are some of these guys getting away with it? And if you guys had to guess, how many players are taking PEDs? Is it a small minority or is it likely worse than that?
It's probably a significant number in the pros. Probably a decent amount in college too depending on where you look. But they don't get caught often because no one really cares about PEDs in football, and thus the testing really isn't that difficult to get around. At least in the pros, players typically know when the tests are and they only get caught if they're dumb enough to take shit with a test coming up.

I mean, I guess it wouldn't be the craziest thing ever if we did cover that spread, but that number is too big for me to feel comfortable putting any notable amount of money on it. I'm expecting them to bounce back.

Saban's bench is Tua though. Bench is arguably better than the starters. Alabama emptied the bench in the second half against Ole Miss and the offense didn't slow down one bit

I'm used to our depth being ridiculous on defense, but the shit we're doing on offense right now is just stupid. There was a point against Vandy and Ole Miss where the QB, RB, the 3 WR'S, and a TE were all true freshmen. Offense kept on firing. Not even all that worried about losing Tua anymore, he's gonna get his tape if we keep blowing teams out every other week.
But I did say I thought the 2017 class could be Saban's best yet when it's all said and done. Looking that way already.
Wait, Clemson plays tonight?
