Yes, the exact opposite as in it's gone from a place that doesn't allow people to express the "wrong" opinion, or to use the "wrong" terminology or even to refuse to condemn the "wrong" person, to a place that allows people to hold and express a wide array of opinions and to condemn, praise, or be indifferent to a wide array of people.
