Oh man, his career's fucked. The only reason anyone cares about him is girls think he's 'sweet', and that picture pretty much ruined it.

Also, that paparazzi is going to be tormented for the rest of his life.

If you look on twitter, Chris Brown has a legion of female fans.

I know we're having a laugh and GIFing it up... but I don't blame Bieber in the slightest (and I'm no fan). Paparazzi would be so fucking annoying and they deserve all the shit they get.

Because the entire thing is a publicity stunt and fabrication.

Justin Bieber would get wrecked by any grown adult in a physical altercation.

Well he is a photographer. He knows the laws. He can take as many pictures as he wants on anyone he wants in a public space as long as he's not hindering or harassing the person. And if he gets assaulted for it you can bet your ass he's gonna sue the guy instead of beating his ass. Like a lot of paparazzis, this photographer most likely lives solely off of his pictures, and a lawsuit is gonna pay way more than his average photo does.

A settlement from a star big as Bieber could easily be in triple digits. Wouldn't doubt $200-300K. Seriously it's a gold mine for these paparazzi's to get assaulted.

Those paparazzi are bastards. They'll deliberately do things like jump in front of cars and start altercations in the hope that whatever celeb they're following will take the bait and do something stupid.

Imagine being followed around by a group of the most obnoxious forum trolls as they do whatever they can to piss you off. All day. Every day. Of your entire life. You can't even go to a movie without it happening.

They also put the lives of normal people in danger. They drive like maniacs.

Bieber's a 19 year old kid who is probably completely undisciplined since having lived the child star life. I'm actually kind of surprised he didn't melt down sooner.

Physical trolls? Damn, at least this only happens to celebrities.

I don't know if it's the same in the US, but as a photographer in Sweden you can not harass people. That's against the law and if that's not the case in the US then it is indeed fucked up. You can however ignore the persons demands for you to stop shooting them as long as you don't harass or hinder them in any way. Edit: As long as the person is in a public place where there are no photography bans of course.

She's a month younger than Kate Upton.

Well she sure is petite then, just looking like a little girl and all still. She's a perfect fit for Beiber.

Maybe she should workout or something useful.

And everyone quit whining about pop-gaf, Marius DID make the thread you know. Sides those shops aren't that great except for that one gif one.

There's been talk of anti-paparazzi laws in LA but i don't think it's ever been followed through on. Some celebs (a lot I'd bet) like having cameras following them around, they probably have their publicists "leak" where they'll be to guarantee the cameras will also be there. It's free publicity.

Maybe it really is a PR stunt to harden up Bieber's image. It's not gonna go that way though, not as long as he wears those socks.

Hmm. The problem with a law like that is that it removes the right to take photos of anything in a public place only for a specific set of people, and it would probably become hard to decide who is a paparazzi or not.

And celebrities are public persons (I don't know if that's the actual term in English. Translated from the Swedish "Offentlig Person") as well which means there are even less restrictions on what you can then do with those pictures afterwards. For example I can take a close-up photo of you in a public place and you can't do anything about that, but I can't then publish it in a magazine without your permission. But I can publish a photo of Bieber without his permission because he's a public person. I think for a law like that to work it would have to become illegal to publish photos of public persons without their permission, and that would just be... I don't even know. The media wouldn't be able to operate properly in that case.

It would be pretty nice though because that would mean that most of the celebrity gossip media would die out and that would probably make the world a better place. :p

That popgaf britney shit...
It's fine to be morons in your own thread, but why would you try to ruin a good thread with it based on a passing mention?

However, the thread still shines thanks to Sunhi and friends.

LOL why you cry for Britneeeeeee, I'm sure her 50 million album sales will comfort her when never-changers show their jell (and that they are jell)

*insert tumblr gif here*

For the record, pop gaf is more self-aware than I think most people here assume. It's all in good fun.

I don't even like Brit
I think she's trash
, I just think the outrage is amusing.
