I actually don't mind the needler as much as the weapon I was thinking of, which is the SAW, of which there are usually 3 per game, with enormous reserve ammo and way too long a range for it's damage. Such an obnoxious addition, the AR is bad enough as it is.

That weapon is scary as hell. Not much you can do about it once its headed your way, provided you don't have something between you and those needles. Just, welp.
But yeah, the SAW is a whole nother level of terrifying. And unless I'm packing something that can drop him in a moment, or moving with a pack, I stay away. At least its loud, so you can sometimes plan ahead. That or just listen for one of your teammates yelling "fucking bullshit!"

Ah that's outside my realm. I know plenty of secret stuff, but nothing really like that. But I didn't deal with navigation much let alone the chair force. Most of the stuff I dealt with was with the navy EWOs and other intel gathering shit.

No idea im mid game now seen a guy try and fail to get in the hole so i tried and I just bounce off the section you used to be able to jump into
I will repeat this forever, who ever designed the new UNSC weapons needs to make batshit amount more of them for the next game.

Fixed for everything except custom games/spartan ops right? Think they did that in this last week's update.
Good against vehicles, so god damned satisfying when used against spartans. BWOOM and then watch them fly.

I feel like using the railgun on vehicles is wasting it. It's the most satisfying weapon to cross-map with.
I've shot down Banshees with it. Destroyed some Manti with it too.

I mean I'll take down a vehicle if people are complaining about said vehicle, but it's much more fun picking off individual dudes at range.

Isn't it the same speed as the plasma cannons from the Banshee? I'm pretty sure it is... But yeah. Canonically it doesn't make sense at all.

Its fun to use the AR. But then i also like using the Double Barrel shotgun in gears pre patch...
Use whatever gun you want, fuck feeling cheap or guilty Its a video game so thats just sad.

It seems alright to me.
It just felt off while grinding for the green visor... I would run into people and nothing would happen, but when I lightly tapped them, they died.

I've only noticed problems when the game is laggy. Then everybody seems to have splatter specific overshields.
Of course when I'm driving the hog and trying to navigate around a teammate at 5 mph even the slightest sideways glance will kill.
Funny thing is, the more I play the better I'm getting at jumping over oncoming ghosts. Still need to work on my mid-air spinning plasma grenade twirl though.
One last bit - laggy games can be pretty damn deadly. Had two matches last night where I was flying the banshee around minding my own business (OK, maybe not), only to be instantly teleported into some cave to look at my crumpled body on the floor before hearing "suicide". I'll try and record it if it happens again because I'm damn curious whats going on here. Am I teleporting in front of the banshee and running myself over? Teleporting into a mountain? Who knows.

Would the explosives upgrade thingy effect the sticky detonator? I don't want to say the damage seems inconsistent, but it may explain a few of my experiences.
