I turned on the game as white noise forever ago and by the end I couldnt turn away, lol. I'm exhausted and I'm not even doing anything.

Well that first half in Eugene was awful. I was so angry at halftime.

And then the Huskers made me pretty proud in the 2nd half.

I think the defense will come around eventually tho we are short staffed in the back seven.

The QB play by Tanner Lee was pretty damn concerning tho, felt like I was watching a Tommy Armstrong who couldn't run the ball.

The Clemson game was stressful. Defensive battles are never fun.

My guys impressed me holding Auburn to 117 yards total and 0.9 yards a carry. Auburn's big running back wasn't the factor I was afraid he'd be.

Now to stop Lamar Jackson again. Tough 2 weeks.

Has Gus ever had a good offense without a running quarterback? Once teams shut the run down, he has no response and makes no adjustments.

To be fair, I'm not sure Clemson "stopped him" last time. He threw for about 300 and ran for 160, with 3 TDs. Louisville outgained Clemson, committed fewer turnovers, and dominated possession time.

Clemson was more efficient with the ball won by less than a touchdown.

Having said that, I think Clemson's D is far better than than Louisville's this year and the Cards seem to have no running game other than Jackson. If the Tigers can put the ball in the endzone more than they did against Auburn, they should rightfully win that game by double-digits.

No, he hasn't. Which is why when people said Stidham was a perfect QB for Malzahn's system I wondered if they'd ever watched his teams play.

Video of Kirby Smart telling the team that our kicker, Rodrigo Blankenship had been given a scholarship the day before. Pretty cool.

For some background, he was an okay kicker last year but like most specialists is a walk on. His dad went public to the AJC last season writing an article talking about how good of a kicker his son was and how if he didn't get a scholarship Rodrigo would transfer. Kirby didn't buckle and let it play out in spring camp between he and another kid, and Rodrigo won the competition and a scholarship opened up due to a player transferring.

Y'all didn't stop him last time. Think y'all do fine this week since that DL is so dominant, though. And Louisville's defense is nonexistent.

Kerryon Johnson

Pretty sure Pettway's their main RB...I think.

Georgia Tech closed until Wednesday due to Irma. They're under a tropical storm watch. UCF not opening until Thursday maybe. I'll bet this game gets affected too.

If this works for Miami, I want to take this opportunity to remind the committee that my alma mater has never lost a football game.

Kevtones Top 10 because I'm bored and in a waiting room:

1) Alabama
2) Oklahoma - best win of the season thus far
3) Oklahoma State - I think this is Mike Gundy's best team ever
4) Clemson - drop off YoY seems minimal
5) USC - the Western Michigan performance was bad but they really stuck it to a good Stanford team last night. Complete domination.
6) Penn State
7) Washington - I'm a little confused because Rutgers just got beat by Eastern Michigan and the Huskies struggled with them
9) FSU - Great team, horrible luck.
10) Wisconsin

Haha, you're both right. I suppose I meant more "slow him down some again" than stop him.😂

It took a defensive stand last year, hoping they can contain him a bit more this year.

As for the running back, yes that was their big main guy. He looked huge...think the broadcast said like 6' 235lbs (don't quote me on that though).
