looks like the update aint finished, i can see a few others (prinny) put up today - but not in the new section
overall : some games i want in there and some very mixed pricing. Soul Cal being nearly 70$ is an absolute joke. Hell, Uncharted 2 costs 5280 NEW ffs.
Honestly, that makes me feel a LOT better. I really hope those in the JPN region pick up Dissidia and Portable Ops--makes it that much more imminent that they come to US. I'm hoping this update means both of them + other FF/Konami games will be out between next week and Christmas time, but you never know, i suppose.
MrVargas said:I got a PSP GO like a week ago. I love the little damn thing, as far as the available games, I think it's pretty damn under-rated there are a lot of big name games already available (i.e. God of War, 3 GTA games, Gran Turismo, Daxter, Rachet & Clank, Secret Agent Clank, Syphon Filter games, Patapon 1 & 2, Jean D'arc, Locoroco, Resistance Retribution, Wipeout Games) and then you have all of the lesser acclaimed but still good games (i.e. Tomb Raider Annivesary & Legends, Prince of Persia games, Gurumin, Dead Head Fred, Tokobot, Kingdom of Paradise, etc.).
The problem is, depending on where you're coming from, you may already have a bunch of those really popular titles on UMD. In which case, of course, you have a lesser selection to choose from and it seems like there's not much available.
Of course, there's also the flip side where people are very happy that they already have those titles on PSN, or are happy they can sell used UMDs and "upgrade" to digital, and thus more portable, versions of their already-existing library.
Basically, you can't win if you're Sony and trying to sell the Go to someone who owns a PSP already, in general.
With that said, I am in 100% agreement. The selection of games includes a lot of GREAT games, only a couple of which I've bought so far, and a bunch of which I will be playing in the future.
