I bought the Pokemon TCG game on VC when it hit 3DS.
It...does not hold up. It's interface is way too slow, even when you compare it to the Yugioh GBA games.

Also on the topic of Jack I hope it's successful enough to be worth the investment to create some new western action shows. I would love to see a new one by the team behind megas.

For anyone with a Gundam fix, Hulu is now streaming 08th Team, Wing, Seed, 00, and The Origin.

I'm hoping this mean Hulu gets some more Gundam series soon. I would love to watch G Gundam legally.

So I'm watching IBO season 2, and I think it's generally better than the first season. Better action, better pacing. Some issues remain to be sure, especially one thing that is gonna irk the fuck out of people when it airs.

That said, there's a character in IBO season 2, and you won't realize it at first, but he straight up got lost on his way to Double Zeta. He doesn't feel like he belongs in the IBO universe.

Maybe it is nostalgia but I liked when I replayed it last year. The music was awesome. Building a deck stinks when you can only get cards via booster packs. I can't believe Game Freak hasn't made another handheld game since the GBC version.

The only ones of those that I have seen is 08th Team. It's a 13 episode series set in the original timeline. It almost feels like the "popcorn flick" of the Universal Century era series because it has a pretty straight forward plot and an, admittedly, cheesy romance. I dug it though.

I haven't seen Origin, but it is a prequel to the original Gundam series, fleshing out the backstories of the major players.

You think he's crazy then don't watch Seed Destiny. You have a half ass version of Kamille there with the douche factor cranked up to fucking 12. I like Kamille though, he actually cares about people, which is a problem I have with the dude that came after Kamille.

Pokemon TCG was developed by Hudson Soft, which was killed in 2012 by Konami.

Also, Pokemon TCG for GBC had something like 300 cards, while a new game would need to have something like 10 times that number. While I don't play Pokemon, the game is apparently VERY different now- both with mechanics like EX Pokemon, multiple types of Trainer cards each with restrictions and multiple new energy types, and in deck design philosophy- when I played, you were running close to 40% of your deck as Energy cards, and now I look at the World Championship decks that have 10 or less energy.

Pokemon TCG Online exists with it's interesting/completely fucked business model and is on iPad if you really want a portable experience/nightmare, but the idea of a single player RPG based on the TCG is long dead

Or hell if the Gundams had a self-destruct sequence start up when an unknown tries to pilot it.

Me when I was trying to use a coupon on my phone at a store, handing my phone to the cashier, and she somehow manages to make the "show all tabs" screen appear and one of them was CLEARLY porn and I had to grab the phone back and try again.

This has happened more than once.... this year
