I think it's possible they could. Would make more sense to announce price and release date at a later event. The smart move would be to milk this and keep Scorpio in the headlines.

Reveal specs in April. Reveal price, name and finished product at a dedicated MS press conference in May. Reveal games in June at E3.

Obviously, we'll hear something about games, or at least one game this Thursday. DF needs something to test, after all.

They're giving an exclusive 2 digital Foundry? That's pretty smart period seeing how DF was Microsoft's main antagonist during the launch of Xbox One. It only took a few years comma but they want to preemptively silence the noise.

Yeah, it was rushed beyond belief. 1 year 5 months after KOTOR. Crazy. Lucasarts botched that badly. Shame, Obsidian got screwed over and still managed something really good after fixes of course.

I remember thinking, "Microsoft should give the reveal to Digital Foundry" but it felt pie-in-the-sky to me.

Super great that it actually happened. And thanks, MS, for handing this to a group that you know will carefully scrutinize the machine's output.

So, let me get this straight, some are assuming DF is being coerced by MS to fabricate the technical specifications of a device which goes on sale this winter? The outcome of which could potentially turn the tide of the console wars forever?

Would not suprised me...sc was an original xbox exclusive.

There was a report a while back that they were working on a new splinter cell and that ironside was also back recording audio

Yeah I would have faith the combat would be good, but half of Fable is the humor. The canned edgy Fable 4 sounded like ass
