Also one of the reason MMA forums are so annoying, besides the usual after a fight ends "NO WAY JONES COULD BEAT THIS NEXT OPPONENT HE WAS EXPOSED TONIGHT!" types of things, is how fucking shitty the forum itself is to keep up with.

MMA UG front page has topics that go back all of 23 minutes. Sherdog all of 11 minutes. With 10 posts per page thread default on Sherdog with the most you can max it to at 30, and 25 on UG.

Those are the two biggest MMA forums, yet they can't even run the forum better than some 1998 Earthlink comment page. They're about one step ahead of frames in efficiency.
