For what it's worth, atleast Iwata has an endearing sense of continual hope for the future. Like a puppy....
Reggie is like an large block made popular because he kinda looks intimidating, but when you pull the cord, he just voices roundabout answers and misplaced confidence. Like a shitty action figure from the 90's.

yes, I would see Google Plus getting into it.
This App does not seem to allow Image Captures to be posted on Miiverse. Unless I am wrong, it could be because Nintendo does not want kids posting pics of their house and address
but if Miiverse X Google will happen Nintendo needs to relax on its rules a bit
I like to think that they will try that "hide Nintendo Characters throughout the World" idea as the next step.
Or add the Mushroom Kingdom.

I will definitely use it to decipher spaces in the world that are lower resolution or rendered inaccessible, haha. Should be fun! XD

seems like this app will use the same google servers that the April Fools map joke
so who know what can be added.
Since this is Google's servers I am not sure if Nintendo will be able to Hide Mario around unless Google wants to play with this stuff

my original intended statement was, "they're taking away resources that could be better put to use in game development". I never said anything about game dev teams. I said resources. Money.

All this actually makes me wonder. Remember when Google did that April Fool 8-bit map last year based on Dragon Quest and they did that fake commercial saying it was coming to Nintendo Systems.... Did they have this in mind then?
