I'm not familiar with Double Helix but the screenshots look great. Nice artstyle. Metroidvania sounds good to me as well. Don't fuck this up!
It's strange DH never made a great game because Shiny Entertainment was a very good developer.

I really don't understand all the SIlent HIll Homecoming hate. It may not have captured the direction Silent Hill fans wanted, but it was a very competent product. Sign me up for PS4 (better have platinum trophy)

Double Helix is doing Impressive work on KI, so I'm fairly optimistic of this game turning out alright. Plus the pics look pretty great.

Ken Lobb is involved with the new KI. Unless they got someone to help them with this game I don't have high expectation.

Presumably this is on Double Helix's HEX engine, which probably isn't compatible with the Wii U, and Capcom wasn't interested in investing to make it so.

It's not a knee jerk reaction. It's taking quantifiable data and applying it to something they are working on.

Last I checked KI just got booed by the FGC.

And it's great that the original directors are involved..but that really doesn't mean anything either.

Picasso can direct someone how to paint, but if they can't paint (or in this case, can't make a competent game ala Double Helix) it'll still turn out like shit.
