An older post, but anyway. The point of the sketch was the length. He properly wanted to have the end scenario of having all that "stuff" anywhere in the kitchen overtime, him almost puking and Dr. Insano still be positive about anything. So that it represent his opinion on the strange, gross and time consuming game-mechanic. Would the sketch be much shorter, it would not transmit his points. All in all it was an good "[funny]->[not funny]->[funny, that it is not funny anymore, but still going]"-joke.

Not yet but seems like Spoony is quite negative and Miles liked it more. I'll watch it cause I really couldn't care much about Superman.

I followed Spoony on Twitter for around two days before it became completely unbearable and I had to unfollow.

I only really like the parts in his videos when he talks about the games directly. He makes some good points.

A few new videos have been posted over the last few weeks:

First, Spoony is joined by Brad Jones (The Cinema Snob) and Brian Lewis (of Team Snob) to play through the Justin Bieber board game.
Black Hole of Board Games: Justin Bieber Always Be Mine

Then, Spoony manages to receive a more boring-sounding board game than VCR Golf, as he reviews a VCR game about bird watching.

Finally, the Stetchkov Syndicate rolls into town, bringing Lt. Spoony out of SWAT 4 retirement. Will the SWAT team be able to dismantle the Syndicate? Or will the Syndicate subtly use their Persuadertrons to disrupt the team?

I'm like halfway through the swat video. Did Spoony forget your suppose to make jokes as you play? He says a single line like every minute or so. Most of them aren't funny and some of them don't even try to be and are instead just commenting on whats going on.

I couldn't really make too far though that video before shuttering it. Oh,also this seems to be the reaction a lot of the audience is having and Noah is having one of his predicable meltdowns over it on Twitter.

I'm so glad he is doing a Lets Play of the Stetchkov Syndicate, I emailed him like a year ago asking him to play the expansion.

I actually bought and played SWAT 4 because of Spoony, I love the game and would love a sequel.

Hard to say, it used to be a combination of ego, his own mental struggles and the big one the big dark void that Scarlett left. Though I don't think he is helping himself by forcing him to do shit that he clearly does not want to do.
