OP I bought this on a whim because of this thread and I hate it. The texture of the cereal annoys me. It feels like it was meant to be a snack like teddy grahams and someone decided in the last minute to turn it into cereal instead.

236.588237 ml. Nice and even.

(Wikipedia says: 1 U.S. "legal" cup = 240 millilitres.)

No idea. I just googled "how many grams in a cup". Got 340 gram

I'm on the fence between this and Cap'n Crunch personally. Though, after a few bowls of Cap'n Crunch, you may require dental care for the cuts to the roof of your mouth.
