First favorite pick-up of 2011 is, hands-down, my 3DS. Just got over the 250-hour mark of playtime, love all the insanely awesome GB games, all the ambassador games, fun 3D, and first-party titles. Mario 3D is so much fun. Love the look of the system so much that I'm going to be sure to buy another one or two prior to the updated version:

Favorite Arcade Stick purchase is the fugly green Seimitsu Hori stick. I like that it is rare, that it was released even though no shooters are on the system, and it is a nice bastard brother to the far superior VX-SE for the 360:
