Yay! A bunch of goodies were dropped off today. Pictures time.

I was worried that Best Buy wasn't going to ship my Holiday Bundle, and so I figured I'd at least try for the Amazon "Instantly Waitlisted" Lightning Deal as a backup. Wouldn't you know it, the thing added to my cart. Figured why not? Of course, 45 minutes after I ordered it, the Best Buy order shipped. Eh, I already sold this on on Craigslist for $250; basically means I got a free $50 and a free $50 Amazon gift card.

But THIS guy is all mine. He's replacing a very long in the tooth launch 20GB model:

And then I went ahead and pulled the trigger on one of these. The good reviews have made me curious, but no way is it worth the $80-$130 regular asking price. $25 shipped? Sure, I'll give it a shot. Hoping it surprises me!

I double-dipped on BF3. With the new Xbox, I want something to pull me in. I figure this is a good way to play with my console-only buddies.

... And I've been playing Arkham City on my PC since last night. MAN this game is good!

I just got this and I'm thrilled to have it:

The mask can be placed on the figure's face. The mask is much too fragile though, and I did not want to risk breaking it; so I decided not to place it on the figure's face.

Shrink Pictures is pretty awesome if you want to resize images without downloading anything. The quality is not as good as Photoshop, but it's decent enough.

Package came in yesterday. Found some pretty rare stuff that I couldn't pass up. Total for all of it was over 200 dollars almost all games are completes.

Snes: Fatal Fury 2, Mega Man X, Mega Man 7 O), Knights of the Round (One of the best beat em ups ever imo.)

Snes: Mario is Missing, Super Mario Kart, Super Mario RPG, Yoshi's Island, Super Mario All-Stars with Super Mario World

Snes: Total Carnage, Spiderman X-men, Yoshi's Cookie

Genesis: Sonic Spinball, Bart vs. the Space Mutants, Double Dragon 3, Streets of Rage 3

Nes: Castlequest, TMNT, Wrath of the Black Manta, Mega Man 4

PS1: Symphony of the Night (Greatest hits version ) and a cool Trevor Belmont keychain

Also ordered Demon's Crest, Donkey Kong Country 3, Loaded, Reloaded, Twisted Metal and Twisted Metal 2 but they haven't come yet.

I bought a Sharon Salzberg audiobook for a friend, but I've enjoyed it too. She's long been a favorite.

This really is such an amazing game. It's really a shame they didn't port this to the Wii version last year. Either way, it's still easy to pick up an old copy or download a copy anyways and plug in an Xbox controller and enjoy the awesomeness.

The low price of AC:R made me want to get it. Which made me want to give the series another chance and understand the story preceding Revelations. End result:

This was going to happen sooner or later and I didn't need it at launch so Amazon hooked it up on Black Friday.
