So, apparently no one signed up for the local P4U tournament that the local university is doing.

So according to the local scene it's "trollolololol dead." Despite the fact that it had (to my knowledge) a reasonable turn out at a "major" last week in the state.

Yeah, now I remember why I don't really hang out with them/participate in the scene in general.

Let's not mention that the LAN is this week/Thanksgiving week/end(?) to where it's just badly timed.

Yeah, I guess I can understand that logic. But it's still kinda scary to me that the popo can shut events down based on the actions of a relatively small number of people.

I didn't watch the melee stream, but pot splitting in Marvel has it's upsides: you get to see pro players bring out their pocket low tier characters and put in work. Usually still enjoyable..

..unless it's Chris G vs. MarlinPie Break Special, but those haven't happened in a while.

That's because they're waiting for GG on PSN.

Skullgirls has its fans, and some folks will come back. I'll give it a shot but I'll probably dump it really quickly. They should have just waited, added a couple of chars, and called it a sequel.
